“I can’t recommend them enough! We had our baby shower there 2 weeks ago and they were absolutely phenomenal. Their kindness and generosity exceeded expectations! If you have an event coming up we 100% recommend using them! They go above and beyond, plus their gelato is perfection. They now offer new Alcoholic gelato and everyone raved how yummy they were especially paired with those yummy donuts😍😍 Can’t not wait to host another even there. It is my family’s favorite place! Thank y’all so much for everything🖤“

“This isn’t our first time, but it was the first time for our 2 y/o twins to have their own ice cream cones. They offered us complimentary baby cones for them. Made for a wonderful experience. Plus, the ice cream is always fantastic. We’ll be customers for life!“
“We love MilkShake Factory! It’s always so clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The milkshakes are absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is one of my favorite parts. It has a charming feel that reminds me of Savannah. It’s such a fun place to stop for a treat, and we always enjoy coming back!“

We tried their peach ice cream and were very disappointed. It was overpriced, small serving and had a very bland taste. To be honest, they were so busy that day that we didn't taste it first.“

“Rough night tonight at Bruster's Hickory flat. Staff was incompetent and rude, out of several flavors that were posted on the menu, tried to serve melted ice cream saying trouble with the freezer. Most offensive was the kids' working lack of accountability and respect.“

“I was doing the driving from Orlando to Chicago and I can't believe how lucky I was by making a pit Stop in this Store (at Georgia, store #336381) to get one of my Fav drinks, a Cappuccino turtle blast and I was really AMAZED by your employee "Andrew" who took really good care of our drinks, he was so nice ,attentive and very kind, he's a "one of a kind person" love this place ??“

“Absolutely loved going To get ice cream who doesn’t, right! We went on a Tuesday night and it was customer appreciation night and we were able to get a three dollar ice cream which was the perfect size and the perfect price.
