Chicken Salad Chick is a popular restaurant known for its wide variety of chicken salad flavors, making it a great spot for those looking to try something new. Customers appreciate the healthy side options, with many noting that the side selections are better than traditional french fries. The customer service is often highlighted positively, with staff providing helpful and friendly assistance. For instance, one visitor praised the service and enjoyed the delicious tomato basil soup alongside the chicken salad.
However, the restaurant has faced some challenges with order accuracy. Several reviews mention issues such as incorrect orders, missing items from mobile app orders, and difficulties reaching the restaurant by phone. These problems have led to some frustration among customers, who believe that improvements in training staff could enhance the overall experience. Despite these concerns, many still find the offerings, including the loaded potato soup and flaky croissants, to be delightful, making Chicken Salad Chick a favored dining spot in the area.
