“Went inside for lunch and ordered to go. The drive thru line was long and not moving all that fast. A lot of young staff. There was no line inside. Waited a couple of minutes for someone to finally stop and ask for our order. Service was slower than the typical Chick-Fil-A experience but staff were friendly. Nuggs were hot but the flavor was way off maybe it was just me - wasn’t good ?‍♂️.“

“I came to Zaxby's around 8:45 to get a meal that the manager, Omar, promised after calling me personally to address an issue I had. I appreciate his attention to detail and caring for customers! The staff was super friendly and everyone greeted me with a smile. The food and staff have improved in the last few months and I am glad! Thanks for your service Zaxby's Jefferson!“

“It was my first time coming here. The waiter was patient and friendly. However, he was the only one trying to take orders, make drinks at the bar, clean the tables, and check out the customers. Which led him to not check on our table frequently. This place needs to get more staff because it got crowded, and we were left trying to figure out how to get our check, where to pay for our meals, and how to get to go boxes. But we saw people kept going up to the front counter, and we assumed that's how we get our check to pay. In which it was. But no communication prior. We had to figure this out. The waiter was so busy with other customers, so we saw to go containers behind the bar and got some to pack up our leftovers. It would have been a more pleasant experience had they had more staff to accommodate the customers. The food was good and the drinks were good. But the waiter did what he could so I don't blame him. And that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.“
