“I had a great experience at Coastal Grill, it is kind of hard to find, hidden behind Holiday Inn. We ordered the crab cake, fish and spicy chicken tacos, pretzel, and pizza. The crab cake burger was good, and the spicy chicken taco was also pretty good but the fish taco was lacking some flavor and was kind of dry. The pretzel was also good, it comes with 2 cheese dips, and the pizza was very cheesy.?”

“Beautiful modern venue. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is very dark at night (so the lights don't disturb nesting sea turtles!) so bringing a flashlight to find your vehicle in the dark is recommended. Right on the beach!”

“My sister and I enjoyed the Holiday High Tea. We were greeted by Kennedy, the most wonderful hostess. She was so sweet and kind. Our server was excellent and very attentive. She was fantastic! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully displayed. The live music was a nice touch. There was a small scratch on our table, which was odd because of the attention to detail the Jekyll Club is known for. We had a nice time. Can't wait for next year's High Tea.”

“We had a wonderful dinner at 80 Ocean. The gluten-free menu is excellent, and they’re very accommodating—happy to modify dishes if needed. I had a side salad and the redfish, which came with creamed corn and mushrooms. Everything was flavorful and beautifully prepared. We also shared the gluten-free meatballs and GF rolls—both were fantastic!

My husband ordered the crab cakes (not gluten-free) and the cream cheese mashed potatoes, which he really enjoyed.

The ambiance was lovely, especially with the outdoor seating near the pool area we were just inside the doors in a small nook that was quaint. A special shoutout to the kind young man opening the front door—he was a delight. We ended up having a great conversation with him while waiting for our hotel shuttle, and it meant a lot, especially since he was working on the 4th of July.

Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and dietary needs, though he seemed a bit rushed and not overly friendly. It was a busy holiday, so we completely understand and appreciate the service regardless.

“Pool bar is awesome! Check when open in off season. Olivia was great this fall! Made the time pass with fun bar life. Wish it was open more than Fri-Sun in late Oct & maybe close at 6, but we continued to go each year for the last 17 years in late Oct! Love the memories. Food good too!”

“The deli sandwich’s were fresh. Nothing fancy. Good choice if you want fresh over fried and greasy.
The tuna salad was really good, I think a different bread would be better. The Italian was overwhelmed on a ciabatta roll and should be warmed not cold. The California club was decent.

This is a market with several vendors and a small grocery store/sunblock etc. It’s overwhelming and very hard to walk around if crowded. You pay at different registers for certain items. I would go back but would request what I prefer instead of going how it comes off the menu.”
