“I placed a mobile order for delivery through the third party website "doordash" for our local store in Brunswick ga. Store located at 919 glynn Ave. Unfortunately the third party site shows the stores sales promotions and bogo specials on the site and presents it as if you are ordering the menu specials and then at the final stage of payment completion you discover the menu promotion you order doesn't actually apply. This may not seem like a big issue but I ordered online for bogo sandwiches so I can feed me and the kids and needed to receive the actual number of sandwiches I ordered in order to feed everyone. Unfortunately due to the bad set up of the doordash page and menu issues they ended up shorting me sandwiches even though i followed the rules and processe of ordering to the letter. Well u called the firehouse store to fix the issues and was very worried and upset I would be unable to feed my household right because of doordash and their bad company policies about refunds but the manager Brittany at my store was so very sweet and understanding helpful. She walked me through what happened and how the situation ended up arising and after hearing that it was doordash fault and mistake she still made sure to fix the order issue and make sure we received the right amount of sandwiches we ordered. She was professional and extremely helpful and if I owned a store i would consider myself extremely lucky to have an employee/ manager like her. A lot of restaurants in Brunswick could take some serious lessons from her on how to improve their level of service. The food was perfect and fresh and Brittany was impeccable with her level of service and should probably deserve a raise . Thank you to Brittany, and I really hope doordah fixes the website order issues or just remove the sale promotions option so it doesn't happen to any one else ever again.“

“Its a gas station that has food made to order. Food took a while because there was some cop activity in the parking lot that held the employees attention instead of the food. Service was also impacted. Atmosphere was fun do to the cash flying in the streets that said cops were chasing“

I had gotten out of my car where I was playing Sirius XM The Message and to go into their location where they were honoring God was such a blessing. To God be the glory! I look forward to trying out their milkshakes & BBQ on my next visit!“

“The girl at the counter was super nice which was refreshing! She even thanked my 84 yr old dad for his service (he had on his Vietnam hat) . It was Whopper Wed so his whopper was 3.98 instead of the meal costing 10 or 20 it costed $13.10. We will be back“

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Fast service and delicious subs FRESH!!!! We will definitely be back. I got five different subs two cheesesteaks and three cold subs. I was in and out within 20 minutes and they were packed because it was their second day of opening. Way to go Brunswick Jersey Mike’s keep up the good work.“

“Food is really good. I really like the double fish, their loaded fries, the funnel cake fries and that cane sweet tea. Burgers are decent (wife says to salty but i say needs more) in taste but regardless of taste, everything is fresh. Everything else I tried is good and even addicting“
