Edit: 5-8 of the last times I've gone close to their opening, they aren't open yet. In my experience they don't open until 30-45 minutes after their hours say they're open. And then often their brown sugar boba won't be ready for another 15-20 minutes. I want to change my rating to a 3 because of this but don't want to affect their overall rating score. I still love the product, but very disappointed with this.“

I’ve been ordering door dash from them for years now and every time I place the order I have to order brown sugar Boba because they do not have taro boba listed on their door dash menu but it is indeed something they carry. It’s usually a whole thing when I have to order because I have to order under brown Boba and put in the note that it’s meant to be Toro and then I have to look up their number and call them to catch them before they make it to let them know that it’s supposed to be Taro. This time when I went to look their number up to call them I clicked on their Google site and they have no phone number listed at All so I had to call the. Johns Creek location to get their phone number and called them right away just to be told that they already made the brown sugar Boba and there was nothing they could do. You could understand how frustrating this was for me Considering this was an $80 order. I asked to speak with the manager and that’s when Rachel got on the phone and handled everything for me. She was super polite, patient and professional.
I have brought this to their attention numerous times that the specific item is still not updated on their DoorDash menu and they have insured me that they would be updating this but every time I order it’s never updated, which is not what I have the issue with that’s why I didn’t mind going through the extra steps to correct the order. The issue I had was being told over the phone that they already made them and there’s nothing they can do. Thankfully they have an amazing person managing the business bc she handled it flawlessly and did mention that she has told the co owner about these concerns in the past with no update so I place no blame on her. “First time here. Good service and wide variety of drinks. The interior was so cute and pretty with the lights and pink. There’s so many drinks series that the menu comes off a bit messy, but the drinks were great. I got the strawberry funnel less sweet and it’s the perfect sweetness. Boba was soft and tasted great. Menu was confusing, and the video boards are not consistent with the printed menus, so it was hard to figure out what was really available. Some items were not available: Korean BBQ area is under renovation (!?), one spicy ramen option. We did order 1 bubble tea (4/5), 1 tonkotsu and 1 spicy tonkotsu ramen (5/5), 3 poke bowls (4.5/5), 1 calamari appetizer (4/5). Service was a little slow and all at the counter - not sure why I tipped so much as we even bussed our own trays. Overall, food was the star and the rest of the experience was just okay. Also, restroom was blocked off due to renovation.“

I chose the Salt & Pepper Chicken (Sichuan style), and the spicy flavor combined with the crispy texture made every bite juicy and satisfying. The Taiwanese sausage was fragrant and tasty, and the braised pork rice was packed with rich meaty flavor. The box also came with two pieces of my favorite takoyaki and some sweet corn, which made the meal feel really complete. Super satisfying!“

“This place is very cozy and the cashier was so nice! The banh mis are made fresh so it does take a little longer but it’s so worth it. Everything is well balanced. Bread was fluffy and crunchy. The Vietnamese sauce compliments the juicy crispy wings. No dipping sauce needed for their wings. The grilled pork banh mi - get the pate added and it’ll set it off. The pork was tender and smoky. They have sugarcane juice which was the best refreshing drink for a hot summer day. It’s a modern Vietnamese fusion spot that actually does it right.
