“I would consider us regulars, eating here 1-2x/month. A little disappointed this go around. We ordered the toppoki, bulgogi quesadilla, and the harue kimbap. The bulgogi quesadilla was labeled as a “limited time” item and was pretty good! The fries it came with were a little undercooked and lacked that the crispy crunch. Harue kimbap = solid. The toppoki was overcooked—the rice cakes and ramen (that we paid extra for) were too chewy/soggy.“

“The floor was very sticky so when we were walking our feet stick to the floor so that was very awkward . The food was good but whoever it was cooking made sure to crush my onion rings before they serve them to me so I was very disappointed by that. Everyone else's food was perfect“

“The food was a little burned. It had good flavor but I guess since I went at the end of the night, either the grease was old or the chicken and fish was cooked too long and burned. The cashier was very friendly though. I may try this place again during the day time.“

“I have never in my life met more kind people than at this Chick-Fil-A. We were on our way home from an Epic Taylor Swift concert and we were immediately greeted and welcomed! The dining room staff member, Kristin went above and beyond for us. It wad top knotch service. She clearly loves her job and the customers she serves. Luiz was another member who stepped up and went above and beyond for us. He came to talk to us about Taylor Swift. He was the cutest! On our way out he gave us brownies! I was just blown away by the customer service at this location. Thank you for being wonderful people!!“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“

“Had lunch here on 11/8/2025 and everyone there was truly amazing. They're was a gentlemen, super tall and well dressed, that left such a good impression on my family. He was so great. We felt like VIPs. Chick fil a should proud tob have him.“

However, I guess it is who you know- because this itty bitty ice cream cone they serve now is not worth 1.90! “My husband and I went to this Chicken Salad Chick for Veteran's Day and we each were given a wonderful meal at no charge. The franchise owner, Tiffany, was incredibly gracious. Even when I asked to add a 3rd scoop of chicken salad (to share with grandchildren when I got home), she said I could trade it for the drink if I would like to instead of incur an upcharge. That was really thoughtful. We really enjoy Chicken Salad Chick for a change from the same old fast food options.“

I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

“This was a great stop for me. This particular KKC was inside the Texaco gas station. The woman serving me was very nice and helpful when it came to my order. I got the two piece dark chicken meal with a large mac n' cheese. They didn't have jambalaya unfortunately so that was a major disappointment. The chicken and biscuits, however, were phenomenal. The chicken was super moist on the inside and the skin was extremely crispy. The biscuit itself is reminiscent of Church's, what with its sticky icky coating; personally, it could've been a little sweeter for me. The mac n' cheese was rather bland, though. There wasn't that much flavor to it. I wished I could've had their jambalaya. The pricing for the two piece meal was around $7, which is not bad at all for the quality that you're getting. Fountain drinks are also available for $0.99 inside the gas station. Overall, an extremely hole-in-the-wall place with fantastic fried chicken and biscuits. Keep away from the mac n' cheese though.“

I’ve tried Gus from all 3 locations in the Atlanta area (Peachtree, Chamblee, and Roswell), and this one is by far the best location in my opinion. The chicken is fried to perfection and the flavor- *chefs kiss* so good! I ordered ahead but I would suggest ordering while you’re there because they tend to have daily specials. Would definitely recommend and making another trip to this location very soon!“

“Maaaaan what can I NOT say about the greatness of this Chikfila !!! I come in every day for lunch and day after day, time after time, the service, atmosphere, food and overall general vibe of everything going on here is EXACTLY what you would expect from a Chikfila, but honestly it’s more than that. They have spent so much attention to detail on curating such a homely and inviting feeling. From the flowers arranged on every table to the chalkboard they update all the time with things that make you smile ! The food is always out quickly whether you do mobile order or in line, and it’s always hot and fresh which is SO important to me ! All of the staff is very welcoming and kind and eager to make your experience as pleasant as possible. And one thing that I really really love and appreciate is the fact that they employ locally which is important when coming into a community in my opinion and for this very reason, they have workers who can communicate with the people of the community who end up being your customers and I think that is something to be applauded because while it may be small to some, I see the impact first hand. The managers and owners are such a joy to speak with as everyone there is really a true embodiment of the spirit of Chikfila and for that I thank them. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend !“
