“The music is so loud you cannot hear each other talk. I couldn't hear the waitress very well and I don't think she heard us very well because she got the order wrong. We asked that the music be turned down and she told us it can't be and it would be over with soon. We ordered a deluxe burger and a deluxe chicken sandwich, all we got was 2 burger patties on a bunch and a piece of chicken on a bun, I had to ask for the lettuce, tomatoes and pickles twice in order to get it. Usually this location is great but the last few visits the music is too loud or they are clanging dishes around so loud there is no way to have a conversation.“

While sitting and noticed a variety of people that were still coming in with a group of people. Once I got the message my table was ready. I went, where I was taken to my table. The staff was definitely courteous and very organized not only with me, but other people there. Once my meal came 😋 I just enjoyed it totally. “Man, when I tell you'll I came from the southside of town and dined here, and it was excellent. The service was everything 🙌🏿. The manager, Anika bka K/Kay, made the entire workplace a vibe. Not only for her workers but also for the customers. I loved her energy and how she boosted her staff with nothing but positiveness. The morale in this place was at its high.
2nd, my waitress was awesome. Ms. Mandy deserves a raise. She was on point, and a step wasn't missed. She checked on me more than I could count, and it wasn't overbearing. She even covered my food when I stepped away to the restroom.
Lastly, my food was hot off the grill and to my standard.
