“Some of the employees at this store will not even acknowledge the fact that you are there. When you are doing door dash and they look at you as if they were looking straight through you. Would even avoid making eye contact. I lost a couple of orders because they wouldn't acknowledge the fact that I was there“

“Enjoyed my meal here, but the prices are not what they used to be when I was in college. $2.60 for a tiny bacon cheeseburger slider is ridiculous all other fast food restaurants have a much much larger burger for alot less money. Krystal corporation can do alot better than this once you remove the greed factor from the formula these sandwich cost a tiny fraction of what they are charging how do you expect to compete with other fast food places when your charging more money for less food. I do not see this company lasting much longer in this fierce competitive market if they do not adjust prices to meet the needs of a more budget friendly crowd“

“This location has super convenient access from I-85 and is a great choice for those traveling thru LaGrange. I give the staff extra kudos as I stopped to grab a quick bite to go while traveling on Thanksgiving Eve 2019 and had the misfortune of my dog stepping on my key fob and locking herself in the car along with my cell phone, purse and keys. The team at this Arby's went above and beyond the call of duty by allowing me to use a personal cell phone to call roadside assistance who was telling me it would be up to two hours to come unlock my car and it was 80 degrees and my dog was already panicking and panting rather heavily after 15 minutes. Another Arby's employee took it upon herself to call 911 as the local police have a policy of unlocking doors for kids and pets locked in vehicles. The LaGrange Fire & Rescue were on the scene within 10 minutes and took another 15-20 minutes to get my car door open. The Arby's team didn't stop there, they got water for my dog to drink and cool off and made sure that the food I had ordered was kept in their warmer until I was able to eat it. My sincere thanks to the team at Arby's for helping me out as they had other customers to assist in a busy travel day, but took the time to make sure this customer was treated kindly and given the attention needed to keep me from panicking about my pet who was starting to overheat in the car! I travel this route pretty frequently and will make every effort to stop by this Arby's as the team has made a customer for life!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“Jersey Mike's make good subs. They use quality meats and vegetables on fresh rolls. Good service and a clean, bright store. If you get it Mike's way, I suggest you eat it there. Otherwise, the bread will get wet and soggy from the dressing. “
