“Ate at the Fayetteville location on the week of opening. We were excited to have them so close by, however, we did not have a great experience on opening week. I got 1/4 chicken plate. The chicken was much more bone than meat. Beans were bland. Variety of sauces is disappointing. Most southern BBQ restaurants have brunswick stew, which is a big reason for going there. I live only about a mile from the restaurant, however, I will not likely be going again.“

“I could write an article on DAS but I have to keep it brief. I understand how to create irresistible atmospheres, hospitable service and consider myself a foodie as I intermittent fast daily and eat once a day. My meals are important. I have now found not only a place in Atlanta with a fun and inviting ambiance with over the top service but also the absolute best BBQ restaurant in Atlanta, DAS BBQ! Thus far, I have had the BBQ Pork, Ribs, Brisket, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Mac N Cheese, Das Corn, Brunswick Stew, and Banana Pudding and IMHO the most important aspect, which is the meat seasoning and the sauces. No offense to my friends in the biz but DAS, hands down, has the best of each of these items! I live on the southside of ATL and gladly will drive for more DAS BBQ. Praying DAS opens on the southside of Atlanta. I will be your biggest raving fan!“

“First time customer but avid BBQ eater. I must say I was impressed with my order (4 meat platter- smoked wings, brisket, pulled chicken, baby back ribs), sweet tea, Mac n cheese, baked beans, cornbread, garlic bread, and banana pudding. I did a DoorDash order and when I got it was still warm. Unfortunately I got a visitor at the same time so I had to wait a few minutes to finally eat it and it had cooled off but I will say this- it was delicious even cool! The portions were very generous as well.
The wings were phenomenal! Easily some of the best wings I have had. Flavor throughout and not tough at all.
Ribs were juicy and literally pulled right off the meat with not meat left on the bone. The flavor was exactly what I expected.
Pulled chicken was flavorful but on the drier side (somewhat to be expected with chicken tbh), definitely my least favorite from everything I got.
The sliced brisket was juicy and the bark firm and full of flavor. The meat was also really good without the bark so well flavored throughout.
The garlic bread was good but the cornbread was hard as a rock and I didn’t even eat it.
The banana pudding was great as was the Mac n cheese and baked beans.
Would definitely recommend to anyone!“

“My sister and I are both well-traveled. We've enjoyed barbeque at top restaurants in places like Thailand, Fuji, Morocco, Hawaii, Australia, and Toronto. Having done so, we continue to return to our favorite BQ restaurant Rodney Scott’s Whole Hog BBQ. Rodney Scott’s barbeque set the standard for not only Atlanta, but world-wide restaurants. R.S.W.H.B.B.Q is more than “exceptional”. The portion sizes are huge, the vegetables are well seasoned, the potato salad is kick your shoes off good. However, the pork ribs, boned in chicken, and brisket exceed the norm on taste and desirability. The BBQ meats are so delicious that you will find yourself eating first, second, third... Thanks, Team Management for always being on hand to meet and greet and keep the flow of food pickup moving fast. “I had the beef brisket with Mac and cheese, collard greens and corn bread. This was probably one of the top 5 best Mac and cheese I had. The collard greens were a bit salty but I liked them. The corn bread was good but a bit dry. The bbq sauce was great I got hot and it wasn’t too spicy it was just right. I would definitely go here again. The prices are a bit pricey but it definitely was a good meal I can’t complain. I had a couple of shots at the bar while I waited for my food. They had a DJ in there it was really nice atmosphere.“

“I had to try them out after following on Social Media the food was so tempting that I had to make a detour through Riverdale on my way back from South Carolina to Alabama. Man they didn’t disappoint at all! The best Turkey I ever had in my life!!! I had the turkey knuckles and rice bowl. I will be coming back very soon. Food is 10 of 10!!!“

“Decided to try this place since having new management and I must say that it is so much better than before. The food is freshly prepared, and the portion size is great for the price point. They have specials throughout the week and offer a variety of menu items. The tacos 🌮 have become my favorite! The wings are a good size and prepared just how I ask them to be cooked. Overall, I would highly recommend that you give them a try. Take advantage of the specials while they last! $1.50 tacos 🌮 😋 on Tuesdays.“

“I come here at LEAST 3x a week. The wings are ALWAYS FRESH & FIRE ? ALWAYS!! I will say that I personally never order anything besides the wings only. I may someday try the fried rice. The reason for the 4stars is because my very very very 1st x coming here I tried a gyro ? & wings. The gyro was DISGUSTING & COLD!! However, the wings were GOODT. Which is why i continued to come back for the wings. Now, every time i go i get wings only & they are literally ALWAYS fresh & fire !!! I can’t recommend variety from them at the time but i DO recommend the wings & i recommend u give them a try ??“

“Let me start by saying, I have one word and that is SUPERB!!!!!! After a day of errands, Shauni and I were ready to eat. After executing a search on Yelp, I came across GQ BBQ and we decided to pull up. Y’all know I love me some BBQ. Upon arrival, the location was super to find as it sits on the main road. When pulling into the parking lot there is parking on both sides as well as parking in the back. The outside was clean and vibrant. We knew we were in for a treat as we were able to smell the bbq before even getting to the restaurant. Yes, the power of a good aroma to captivate the sense of smell. 😜 Heading inside, the location kept with the vibrant color on the walls as to draw your eyes to the menu. There are ample seating options as well so if you desire to eat in as we did, there is indoor and outdoor seating. Taking some time to review the menu, I decided on the Rib Dinner with Baked Beans, Collards, and I ordered two orders of cornbread as well and decided to not get the white bread that comes with the meal. To note, the cornbread is an extra charge. Once our order was placed, we took a seat and enjoyed the games that were playing on the televisions. As we were engrossed in conversation, before we knew it, our food was ready. I retrieved my plate and headed to my seat. The moment I opened that plate, my entire life smiled. After being enticed by the aromas, I was now overtaken by the visual presentation of this meal. As I opted for the sauce on the side, I was able to see the ribs in their naked state and capture the full fragrance of seasoned pork without the coverings of sauce. Babeeeeeeeeeee, GQ BBQ showed off with this meal. Let’s talk the food: Ribs: well seasoned, tender, meaty, minimal gristle, the right amount of fat for a nice chew, great portion size as the dish comes with ribs and rib tips. The sauce was an added layer of joy. I opted to mix their Gresham blend with the Sweet and my mouth had a full mouthgasm of robust flavors, joy, and excitement. These ribs were the absolute bomb with or without the sauce. Baked Beans: perfectly cooked, well seasoned, fresh. Collards: well doctored, tender,perfect pairing for the ribs. Cornbread: absolute gold status, perfectly sweet, cakey with a light crumble, buttery, golden baked, worth the extra cost. The cornbread is slightly small, so I would suggest getting three. LoL. Overall, GQ BBQ was an amazing experience. The ribs dominate the meal as they should, however, the sides compliment the ribs very well. The entire meal is a 10/10 and I will be back very soon for another order. Though I live nowhere near GQ BBQ, I will make sure to make my am way back a few times a year to have my soul fed and taste buds tantalized.“

“What are you looking for in BBQ? This spot was it for me. A little shack with the best smoked meats I've had in some time. The BBQ sauce hit perfectly with the seasoning used on the chicken, ribs and chopped pork. The sides complimented the meats just right. Then there is the Peach Cobbler....made me an instant fan, and I usually don't do peach anything, but while in GA I couldn't say no!“

“Michelle In concourse C was amazing. I was greeted right away and ordered steak and eggs took one bite of the eggs and knew they were either liquid or powdered…yuck however I asked Michelle and she was honest and I asked her to bring me a plate to remove the eggs from my plate. At that point she offered with more potatoes or fresh fruit. She kept a beautiful smile and was kind throughout the whole meal! Thank you so very much!“
“The food was great. the service was fast and convenient. You are able to just sit down at order using the qr code. The orders are detailed allowing you to do thing like put sauces that normally come on food on the side. The food comes out pretty fast as well plating is great and flavors on point… best part you were able to pay with same QR code and just leave no waiting for checks“

“I’m so happy this place finally opened up!! When I tell you the staff is great and the food is phenomenal!! Great experience for anyone who enjoys Korean BBQ. The added bonus is the hot pot: a pot of your choice of steamy broth in which you add your choice of vegetables, noodles, meats and seafood. Ok that’s enough..come try it yourself 💞“
