“So Ba is one of those hidden neighborhood gems in East Atlanta Village. The vibe is laid-back, casual, and a little eclectic — it feels like a local hangout more than a polished chain, which I actually love.
The pho is the star here: rich broth, fresh herbs, and generous portions. Their vermicelli bowls and spring rolls are also worth trying — light but filling, with clean flavors. The menu isn’t overwhelming, which makes it easy to pick something good.
Service can be a little hit-or-miss depending on the night, but when it’s on, it feels personal and welcoming. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the cocktails (yes, they’ve got a bar) are a fun surprise for a Vietnamese spot.
If you’re looking for authentic, comforting Vietnamese food in a chill atmosphere, So Ba definitely delivers. It’s not fancy, but it’s soulful, and that’s what makes it stand out.“

“I seen this guy on tik tok showing his food saying how good they were so I had to try it out for myself and I say yess they were good. my food was so good the spring roll was delicious I was like wow this is good. The guy that took my order was very helpful and friendly I love good customer service. I will definitely go back there to eat... .. Thanks guys.“

“Ruby Pho in Newnan was closed, I ended up calling Dua in Hapeville and spoke with Emily. She absolutely blew me away with her customer service. She was incredibly helpful and passionately described the menu to me over the phone. Because of her amazing service and recommendation, I was sold and willingly drove an extra 40 minutes just to try the lemongrass chicken pho and tacos. The food was fantastic and completely worth the trip. I only wish I had taken pictures to show it off. Thank you, Emily, for your wonderful service and for being so serious about taking care of your customers. I will definitely be back!“

“Man i’m feeling under the weather and I was like lemme try some pho. The way people hype Pho online I thought it was gonna be overrated, but the broth and meats are insanely flavorful. Easily top 5 food i’ve tried in Atlanta in my 15 years here highly recommend they will be seeing me multiple times this year.“
