“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Me and my Husband came to this location to get fresh chicken! I ordered online and it took an hour! It was only 3 people in the lobby! No Uber Eats or Doordash to serve! So why take a long time???? After an hour we finally get our food! The crew is very young and horrible people skills! So my aunt wants some chicken so I order again! I order two mac and cheese this time! Its a dollar more! I get to the window and they said its no more! LIKE WHAT? I paid extra! He wants to give me non premium sides! I just want my money back! And my mac and cheese! If you are the manager please contact me! The worse one was Barry with his sarcastic tone! He dont even wanna be there!“
“The young black man at the counter is very respectful and helpful plus the other tall black lady is very mature and knows how to handle business. But unfortunately the short black lady (i don't know what she is?? Supervisor or manager is very annoying and disrespectful. I guess she's all they got to run their business) she's might be the reason why people might never come back again!!!! Anyway one of the best out there“
