“Went to a business meeting followed by dutch dinner. I ordered 15 wings to go and the server packed them with several sauces on the side, carrot & celery sticks with dressings. She went above and beyond for our group this evening. Everyone's food looked and smelled delicious; hoagies, salads, calzones, pizzas, etc. I will definitely go again.“

“Had an interesting lunch experience today. The pizza was tasty. Our server was awesome. During our a stay a man came in off the street and had a psychotic episode. The staff acted quickly to contact EMS. I was a little taken aback by the manager’s handling of the situation. Several patrons, myself included, rushed to the man’s aid. We quickly deduced it was a psychiatric issue requiring medical attention. The manager grabbed the phone from the hostess and demanded the police escort the man off his property and then walked away. Thankfully, an ambulance came to his rescue first. But there was no follow up afterward. No table touches to ensure the children present weren’t scared, etc. It’s a little disappointing that in this day and age we’re not more compassionate to our fellow man. The food and service were great, but the management leaves a little to be desired.“

“Very blessed to have chosen this Marcos location for dinner this evening. My boyfriend, dogs and I are staying here temporarily in survival of the hurricane. I briefly make a joke with the General Manager, not knowing he was at the time, and this man walked away while the lady was showing me my pizzas and when he came back, he set another pizza on my other boxes and said nothing. I asked him what this was for and he simply said don’t worry about it. It’s on the house. This GM went above and beyond to provide my family another pizza free of charge and he asked me if I needed anything else, to let him know. This means so much for me and my family. Thank you again so much 🙏🏻✨“

“Pack a good attitude and good energy - tax season plus lamb is back so there will probably be a bit of a wait. The cook on my LAMB (for two days in a row!) was 🤌🏾 almost perfect (I just added a bit of salt), Broccoli seasoned to perfection and not overcooked, Sweet potato hot and just right. Everything was hot and fresh! I received great service either a smile. I was pleased by my experience. I usually only visit when the lamb is back because I don’t eat beef so it was a real treat! “Shogun is a great Asian restaurant in Albany with a lot of potential. The quality of the food and ingredients is excellent. The sushi, in particular, is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Our waiter was very kind and attentive, which definitely added to the overall experience.
If I may offer two small suggestions: first, improving the cleanliness of the tables and floors would make the environment more pleasant. Second, consider refrigerating the soy sauce bottles left on the tables. If left out too long, they tend to ferment and lose their intended flavor.

“I was there today with a group of 27. Our waitress, Kristy, did an awesome job the entire time. She quickly got drink orders and got them out. She the then took the 27 orders. The kitchen did a great job helping get her orders orders correct and to us quickly. Kristy was very attentive to the group, pleasant , and all around great! Food was good!“
