“If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

“I really love this 98K location! I’ve been here multiple times and the food has always been fresh and really good. The chicken is always hot, juicy, crispy, and full of flavor. You can definitely taste the difference compared to other locations.

I especially love their spicy chicken sandwiches and the takoyaki! Everything I’ve gotten here has been consistently good, and the service has been great too. Plus, it’s halal, which is a huge plus! Honestly, this is the location I find myself coming back to whenever I’m craving 98K 🥰“

“I have never in my life met more kind people than at this Chick-Fil-A. We were on our way home from an Epic Taylor Swift concert and we were immediately greeted and welcomed! The dining room staff member, Kristin went above and beyond for us. It wad top knotch service. She clearly loves her job and the customers she serves. Luiz was another member who stepped up and went above and beyond for us. He came to talk to us about Taylor Swift. He was the cutest! On our way out he gave us brownies! “Chicken was awesome. I got plain bone in wings. The chicken was cooked in a way where it was extremely crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Food was made to order. The chicken stayed straight out of the grease hot through the whole meal. The heat was sealed in. Breading was light and crispy. My wife had onion rings which she loved. I had the cheese sticks which were awesome also.“

“I ordered through postmates. The food was so delicious and hot. We ordered the Catfish with rice and peas. I agree the rice and peas could use more seasoning, but it was still good. We also ordered the jerk chicken and Mac n cheese. It absolutely juicy and delicious.We order a chicken patty and my GOODNESS!!!!. ITS WAS SO GOOD! “Best chicken place by far! Prices are justified for the great taste. Our bill came out to about $55.08 for two chicken meals (depends what chicken you got), monster fries, coleslaw, and sauce. Definitely would run you up about 20 bucks per person, but we paid together. Best thing they have? The Garlic Soy chicken (tenders) and the Monster Cheese Fries! Best by far! The employees were also amazing and didn't rush us. I hope they get more good business in the future.“

“One of the many reasons why Chick-fil-A is the best customer service fast food place is that they are ready to serve at the exact opening time. It is fully staffed and the kitchen is ready to go. I placed an online order at 6:30AM and it was ready at 6:36 when I arrived. Many fast food places are not ready at the time they said they opened.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“

I stopped by for a gallon to take home and it was intensely good. Pure, Unsweetened goodness! Also stronger than from any other CFA I frequent on the east side of Atlanta AND it was just as good on the fourth day as on the first — this never happens with tea bought from my other four regular locations.
