“We visited this restaurant at the invitation of one of the customers of SWC Contracting, We were not let down. The food was made with a tasty southern flair and each dish had my taste buds wondering what could be better than the last bite. We arrived about 6:30pm it was a little busy but not crowded and we were seated straight away by our waitress Tabitha, Her personality was bubbly and refreshing. We had our drinks and first dishes out within 7 minutes of our order. I can't say enough about the service, Tabitha if you read this,.. Just WoW!!! The food really is SECOND to NONE. When we want homecoming we usually visit a larger chain but after today this place has won my business for southern cooking and it is cooked at its finest.. I hope you all visit this place and have the experience we had,.. and I would ask for Tabitha if I was you.. P.S. Bring your appetite..“

“Where to start? What a delightful evening and meal. The waiter, to start with, was amazingly attentive and kept up with us the entire evening. Also the owner came over and filled us in on the recent history. Liquor license is in now but I don't drink so that was not important. Let me segue to the food. OMG, the mushroom and goat cheese fondue with tomato jam was to die for. It was served in a cast iron skillet with plenty of toast. The sauce was so rich and creamy. To keep this under an hour and a half reading let me say my bride's steak was perfect along with the brussel sprouts and kale. Let me tell you about the pork chop. I like my pork chops to be medium rare if possible and it was perfectly pink inside. I try my best to get that look and I always overcome them. The sweet potato puree asking with the brussel sprouts was outstanding. The portions were very generous and couldn't ask anything better for a Monday night meal. OK, then there was the bread pudding. Oh, Lord, when I tasted the whiskey I almost fell in the floor. So, let me say to the people who has a bad time at the restaurant that they are hitting on all cylinders. I can understand a Karen or two that have nothing better to do than be haters, especially after the opening of the restaurants after COVID. I get it. Why not try to come back and give it another chance. They deserve it and you could use a good meal to chill out.“

“Super friend staff and amazing food! Everyone was so friendly and helpful but, most importantly, the food was SO good! My husband and I both got different omelets and both were so good. We ate until we were beyond stuffed because the food was THAT good! He got a Bloody Mary that was one of the best I’ve had out here and I got a mimosa. I came for breakfast which was a very simple menu, the individuals behind the counter were very nice, they greeted return customers by name, which I thought was lovely. They thought my 1 month old baby girl was adorable (and she is). Breakfast over by 1030am and lunch started, so I asked for a side of greens (very large portion) which were very tender and NOT overly salted. Big plus. Cafeteria style lunch items and inexpensive. You get more food for lunch at $11 than you get for a burger or chicken combo at a fast food restaurant. I would return because the lunch food was fresh and friendly service. You can't really mess up simple breakfast.“

“I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

The restaurant is very clean and the food is hot and well presented. They have a huge selection of meats that include fish, chicken, chicken livers, beef, and pork and vegetables of everything you would want, and a massive salad bar and it is all fresh. The desert bar has cakes, pies, ice cream, brownies, and cobblers that are so good. The breads they make are to die for. I highly recommended Golden Corral for a place to go that serves something for everyone. The service is fantastic and you can go back refill your plate as much as you like. Visited for lunch yesterday, ordered the salmon blt and my friend ordered grouper sandwich as both came highly recommended. Grouper was fishy and was sent back. Salmon was just ok, a bit greasy. Server only concerned about tip, was charged for house salad of $8 instead of meal charge being removed all together. Will not eat here again. Drinks were average.“

“I've been going to this place for years. The food is always good and the prices are amazing. One of last times I was in they had just switched owners, the new owners are amazing people. I came in and they had just opened, all I had was a $100 bill and a $5 bill. He didn't have change and only charged me the $5. The very next customer was having a very difficult day and you could tell she had been very upset about something to the point of tears. The man behind the counter took the time to just talk to her then he prayed with her. Sometimes it's about more than food. It's the spirit and heart of the employees. These people really care about their customers and the quality of the food and service. If you want some good non fancy country cooking this is the spot.“

“I had the pleasure of visiting this place last night with my restaurant group and they rolled out the red carpet. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. There were about 14 of us and although there was 1 server, she handled everything perfectly. Everyone's drinks stayed full and the table stayed with the really good muffins! Needless to say the service was more than good it was top notch. The food! The baby back ribs were tender with just enough sauce. I particularly loved the Mac and cheese and had to order an additional side. Others had different items from the menu and no one left disappointed. I saw the baked potato and all I can say is if you order it be prepared because it's MASSIVE. All in all a great experience and I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area cause I'll be back for sure!“
