“I’ve heard of this place from many people. I have the luxury of working in Jackson for a couple days, and I had to try them. The place doesn’t look like much, but all the flavors are behind the door. Good food, good atmosphere, and great owners. The only thing that beats the food are the prices. If I get the luxury of coming back to Jackson Georgia, I’ll be eating here again.“

To the lady that asked for a cup for ice and then put lemonade in it……. I was there. No yelling and yes you should always pay for what you get. “We have been eating at Pippins for decades! Best overall BBQ on the south side (IMHO). Their BBQ is the standard we judge all other BBQ by. Their pulled pork is great. Their slaw is the only slaw I eat at any restaurant. Their Brunswick stew is hands down the best anywhere!! I love brisket but have never tried Pippins’ brisket until tonight…..and all but two bites went in the trash. The brisket had a very rubbery texture when chewed and had an odd taste…..hubs thought so too. So, I highly recommend you come enjoy their pulled pork plates, but skip the brisket!“

“Went this evening for the 1st time with my wife. We enjoyed the food and good service. The pulled chicken and turkey were outstanding. Love the hand cut fries and hush puppies.“

“If ya'll haven't been to Lady and the Beastt you're missing out! My family and I went for lunch today for the first time and wooooo boy was it tasty! Between the 4 of us we got the full rack, pulled chicken, lemon pepper wings, GIANT bacon cheeseburger and every side they had available. Let me tell you that NOTHING disappointed. Everything had great flavor and was piping hot. The burger was juicy and definitely recommend the jalapeños on it that the Lady (yes, THE Lady Ann Marie) told me to get. The wings were hard fried but super juicy and tender. The ribs were meaty and well smoked. All the sides we seasoned to perfection (I personally loved the baked beans) They even specially made a cheese quesadilla for my 5 year old niece and I was kinda jealous how good it looked (she didn't want to share) So, look, go check these good folks out! They're nice and attentive as can be and make some of the best grub around! You won't be sorry.“

“Did a curbside order tonight and meal was ready on time. I paid extra for a loaded potato but when I got bone there were no toppings in my bag, no bread or cinnamon butter and no utensils. I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.“

“We only went here because the other place, kpop, said it would be a 45 minute wait. I'm glad we did though. I wish I remembered our servers name because I'd love to give her credit for being so nice. We didn't realize they closed at 9, and we're still eating at 9:15ish. They have a charge for meat you don't finish, so we were really trying lol but she didn't rush us at all I felt super bad. Besides that, the food was really good. It's kinda pricey, all you can eat, 2 drinks, and a decent tip we're about $130~ but it was worth it for a fun dinner experience we don't have very often. Won't be back until we have another special occasion just because price but highly recommend. Drinks were a little weak and texas margarita just tasted like orange juice.“

Natasha G is the most amazing server I've ever had, period. She's personable, funny and she cares about her customers. I only dine in when she's working because I know I'm going to get exceptional service. She goes above & beyond everytime.
The Outlaw Ribeye & Salmon is my favorite.
Linda is a server and food runner and shes amazing too. She's always bubbly and fun and she keeps me laughing. My Strawberry Chicken Salad was so good!!!

“The steak was totally delicious ?. I even had my leftovers at midnight. I chose the strip with a yummy pineapple, teriyaki sauce to complement. It was cooked perfectly, and so tender!!

Kid-friendliness: Our kiddo had the steak ( it came already cut, thank you!) , and she loved it. It came with green beans and she gobbled those up too, After eating 2 rolls!! She felt very grown up and our waitress was very nice to her.“
