“Very clean and simple layout featuring a sushi bar as you walk in and both indoor and outdoor seating.

We were greeted quickly and shown to a table immediately.

Our complete order ended up being: 2 waters, 1 cold green tea, 5 rolls, 1 Chef's Nigiri, and 2 Green Tea Ice Creams.

We were presented with miso soup to begin, along with kimchi, shredded daikon, marinated broccoli, and pickled onion.

Loved that they gave us soup spoons and chopsticks without the usual fork, knife, and spoon.

For the rolls we ordered Garlic Crunch Roll, Hide and Seek Roll, Mango Tango Roll, Volcano Roll, and Golden Tiger Roll.

Nigiri was fresh and their rice was good.

I don't know where/who they get the green tea ice cream from, but it was the perfect ending for the meal.

Have easily spent the same amount at flashier, popular sushi places and gotten lower quality, so this was a solid homerun in our book.“

“Came here to eat dinner for a friend’s birthday and everything was delicious, the Yama Roll and American Dream are amazing and I will gladly get it again!

Things I loved:
Ramen was flavorful, Sushi was immaculate, Thai tea was the perfect addition to the meal

I will say, if you are not a fan of cucumber, the Naruto roll is not for you. Otherwise, everything was great especially for the price!

“We went to Sakégura for the first time yesterday to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we had an all around wonderful experience!! We initially had a 6pm reservation for a party of 8 but needed to adjust the time earlier at the last minute. They graciously accommodated and were most welcoming and attentive to our family. Everything was set up, including the high chair, when we entered, and the service was expedient, efficient and exceptional. Very, very friendly and professional team. As a family with diverse dietary restrictions, we appreciated the careful attention to ensure clarity when taking our orders. “Very pleased with my experience here. I visited this place twice. Along with the great customer service I received, the food is excellent and is served hot giving it a freshly made taste. They fulfilled my special request of adding extra (x3) eggs to my fried rice, and their sesame chicken is simply delicious. In fact, it was so good after trying it for my first time in my car after pick-up then proceeding to drive home it put me right to sleep and I hit a parked car 1 minute away from arriving home. “Do I even have to say much? This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants and not even all the fancy overpriced ones in downtown Atlanta can beat this one. Everything on the menu is good and I mean everything. My favorite is the lobster fried rice, bagel rolls, pad thai, pad si ew, panang curry, I could go on. I took my Vietnamese family here and mind you my mom is a great cook and my parents are strong food critics but they absolutely loved it. Unfortunately after the pandemic, they’ve been raising the prices due to inflation but everything is fresh and great portions. You won’t regret it, trust me on this one.“
