“I saw the bad reviews on their poor customer service before coming today. Crossed my fingers and came for dinner (5:00pm on a Wednesday) anyways. The two employees here, a guy and girl, were awesome. They were awesome with me and with those they served while I was eating there. Food was fresh and tasted great. Facility is clean. Music choice is perfect. No complaints on my end.“

The local feel of a corner deli in Queens it’s a perfect reminder of my old neighborhood.The food is amazing and the workers are super friendly and they all love dogs! There is a large patio that you can dine with your dog and your family. “First time here at Chicken salad chick. The atmosphere here is very quaint and cute. Upon approaching the front to order the gentleman was on the phone the whole time while I was trying to order. I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. “I’ve been like 5 days in a row.?. All the staff is nice. They greet you when you walk in the store. The sandwiches are delicious. 4 starts because 2 out of the 5 days I went, the bread was a little hard but it wasn’t a big deal. I had the tuna sandwich.“
“I had second thoughts about going here at first, I started to go to American Deli but a friend of mine told me to try them out. When I say their food is so delicious, I mean way better than American Deli. I will say I had to wait about 10 minutes but that's only because they have to cook your food of course with American Deli they're fast but at the same time I don't think they really cooked some of their food all the way through sometimes especially with their hamburgers. I think I'll start going to American Sandwich even if it is a little bit out of the way is definitely worth it“

I tried the subways on cobb pkwy and one of the the sandwich maker there had a hair bow around her wrist that repeatedly tapped the sandwiches as she made them, I digress this one on concord rd is the best they are clean and make the sandwiches how they are supposed to be made not sloppy and hair bow friction free.“

We are not living in the $5 footlong era people so of course prices are high but their service makes up for it all. Long as service A1 complaining about prices are weird especially being everything is so high now. Definitely recommend this location.“

“It was a crisp Tuesday afternoon when I stumbled into this Subway. I was hungry and driving on the road when I looked to my right and saw this Subway shop on the corner. I pulled into the parking lot and when I walked in I was kindly greeted by this young worker named Karen. At first I had my doubts of a teenager making my sandwich but I was quickly proven wrong. I wasn’t really feeling a turkey sandwich so instead I went with the veggie delight. Karen was very nice and profesional. It was so refreshing to see a worker with a positive attitude. No wonder the slogan says “Eat fresh”. I treated myself to one of the cookies they have at the counters. I think it was a little undercooked but nonetheless delicious. Overall I had a really good experience at this Subway“

“Would have give. 5 however if a person orders ahead (like 1.5 hrs ahead) that person would expect to pick up the order that was placed. In my case It was even late getting to be location.. Once snide I was asked if I was I kin up or placing; and after I said I was placing the young girl behind the counter (the only employee I’d since so far) continued working. I noticed there were two patrons inside the store, and she seemingly was making other to go orders. Well because I was slightly famished and trying to get back on my schedule; I inquired about The status of my order that was supposed to have been ready already and even mentioned that I apologized for being late to ick up my order. B Y this time yet another customer entered the store and said he too was picking up. The young girl behind the counter then without any provocation sassily told me that my order had been sliced but not dressed. She the. Continued making other orders. As I was beginning to ask if I could have my order, the young girl huffed and puffed then went to where my sandwich was kinda just sitting there (which I did t think was appropriate as I was unaware of how long it’d been there like that) she hurriedly and quite sloppily finished my sandwich leaving out two condiments that I’d asked for in my order, shied it tinto a bag and as I held my hand out to take the food that she just threw together she instead placed it on the counter just short of placing it in my hand and went back to preparing food. No thank you or sorry for delay or anything. I took my food and left after thanking her for her help. So disappointing when the customer pays for a stores or employees bad day! Really hurt my idea of Jersey Mikes….“
“I thought the food was fantastic however I was discussed by the roaches crawling around the restaurant and bathroom. I really couldn't enjoy time there and the gentleman at the register was very rude. The music was loud and i could barely have a conversation with my guest. I'm really not impressed and probably will not be coming back.“
