The two employees here, a guy and girl, were awesome. They were awesome with me and with those they served while I was eating there. Food was fresh and tasted great. Facility is clean. “Yesterday at the hot hot art event. I really had to use the bathroom. The candy and toy shop said no bathrooms here got find a porta potty. By law if you serve food bathrooms are in order. I walked in there and the man was so nice. I bought a root beer cold.. and never had a bagel sandwich ever. Seemed slow bsn for such an event. But there was a lot of online orders which made the place smell good. So I asked for a menu loved the name of the sandwiches btw I got a hulk and I swear I wish I didn’t offer up my boyfriend half of it. I added lettuce and honey mustard. I told a lot of the event guys there best bagels ever. The lady seemed nice that rang us up and the place was very clean. Loved the art work inside. We will be back to try other items on the menu.“

I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit to *Firehouse Subs* 2860-2 East West Connector.

First, the service was outstanding.
Monet the cashier, was exceptionally polite and professional. You can tell she takes her role seriously and truly understands what great customer service looks like. Even when she wasn’t busy at the register, she came into the dining area to check on customers and make sure everything was okay. That level of care really stood out.

This was my first time trying Firehouse Subs, and I ordered the small Italian sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and created a welcoming atmosphere.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and Monet's service made it even better.“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

Two you get ladies there. Both super nice and efficient. Got the spinach wrap. Was made perfectly. Fresh produce. Area was clean and no shoppers or random people hanging around in the subway.
