“I saw the bad reviews on their poor customer service before coming today. Crossed my fingers and came for dinner (5:00pm on a Wednesday) anyways. The two employees here, a guy and girl, were awesome. They were awesome with me and with those they served while I was eating there. Food was fresh and tasted great. Facility is clean. Music choice is perfect. No complaints on my end.“

“i wish i would have taken photos before i ate because once i started i couldn’t put my fork down. we saw the place while passing by and decided to try it out. lovely spot, plenty of parking and seating inside. we ordered what’s called pan bread special, it comes with 5 types of protein including but not limited to a pate, tenderloin & and fried egg. the sauce this dish came in could be bottled and sold as a drink, it was marvelous. we also got the vegetable pho, it came loaded with marinated tofu and plenty of noodles. we noticed when we ordered that everything is made to order and the kitchen is open concept which i enjoy. on top of the food being spectacular, we tried the thai tea and the honey lemon tea, i would order both again. we will be back for the special!“

“I don't often post reviews but have to say this Subway location is very well run. An employee named Marquise worked alone with a line of customers - some w multiple orders like mine. He was so pleasant, efficient while not only making subs, filling topping refills, baking more sub buns in the oven- all with no hesitation or pause, using every second efficiently. And with great precision and pride in doing a good job. I am always impressed w good customer service- have noticed this on other visits but felt compelled to let others know!!“

“This location is nice and clean but also terrible at listening and making our orders correct. I bring an elderly parent here at least twice and week and in eight months of visits, our orders have been 100% correct maybe 25% of the time. Something is is ALWAYS wrong or left off. I’m wondering if someone in the kitchen is literally reading challenged or is everyone just not listening. The East Cobb CSC only messed up once in five years of regular visits and that was because of a computer crash.“

“Today my husband and I went in the subways because of the amazing coupons, and were so delighted with our service! We went in around 7:30, we immediately noticed how clean the store was! The man who helped up was Dave and we enjoyed the innocent joyful conversation! He was so kind and really showed that he cares for others! I love the food but this location always makes me feel so bad for the person stuck making a million sandwiches with no break and no assistance. I hope they are at least paid well, but i know they arent.“

“I read the other reviews before coming. Was hesitant. I knew that the only way you could test it was to go and try them out for myself. Had a great experience. Came on a Monday around 7:00pm. Two you get ladies there. Both super nice and efficient. Got the spinach wrap. Was made perfectly. Fresh produce. Area was clean and no shoppers or random people hanging around in the subway. Nothing bad to say about this place.“
