Trendy yet comforting atmosphere, excellent food (I'm in love with the bread, with oil 😋), and outstanding service from the kitchen to the table. “The first time I was here, Emma was a freakin RockStar!! She explained the menu and some of her favorite dishes. There was an amazingly welcome environment. The manager even brought us a sample of their Cronut! It’s freakin delicious, by the way. This time around, Candice is my bartender and she’s a bright welcoming energy and super helpful in choosing the perfect beer. She might have kept me from making a mistake based on what she knew about my preferences. That’s excellent customer service. There is a little bit of a wait for your food, but it comes out fresh and delicious every single time. For me, it’s okay to wait a little longer for this type of quality. This might be my new favorite spot and to any beer connoisseurs, check out their brewinversity. I rarely drink and I love it already!”

“My husband planned a surprise anniversary date and took us to La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant for our first visit—and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We sat at the bar, where our servers, Alan and Jessnia, were absolutely awesome. Despite the restaurant being packed, the wait time was short, and both servers were incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable. The service was excellent, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made the evening even more special. “Many items on the menu are vegetarian and clearly state make it Vegan Style. I had the Firecracker Tofu which had a nice medium spice level. If actually biting into the chilies in the dish most were mild but with one or two of them being surprisingly spicy (which is a Hallmark of several varieties of chilies). I also had the Veggie Noodles Vegan Style and it was a delightful udon noodles with a lot of veggies particularly carrots matchsticks. They have several noodles based dishes with different varieties of noodles so two members of my party thought they ordered the same non vegan pasta dish but they were different. We will definitely stop again the next time we are on I75 in Macon.”

We ordered 2 cheese wraps and 1 falafel wrap. Both were perfectly delicious. The people that works there are amazing at making it. It was beyond my expectations compared to carry out. Besides food restaurant was clean and desert was a yum. But nothing could ever beat the warp. I highly recommend this place to everyone and recommend them to sit and eat there instead of carryout. “This comment is about the salad which was amazing but it's more geared to the young lady that works there. You see, I had just came from Atlanta verifying the news that I have the last stage of stomach cancer and was given two years to live. As I was sitting at the table waiting on my plate well my boyfriend and I, the tears came a flowing and the customers that was there couldn't see me crying but when this young lady saw me she asked if everything was ok and I couldn't hold the tears and I bawled like a newborn baby and what she did I knew there was a god and that would be my gi yo restaurant forever. She gave me a hug and yes I'm a hugger and she told me what ever I'm going through I will be ok and I cried on her shoulder for a bit and after i felt better. We both smiled and I left and went home. Then has I opened my salad to eat and the first bite was explosive well I would have said heaven but I can only imagine that part and I love God but not trying to go there no time soon lol so this salad was just amazing. I just had to leave this review to say that day my soul got fed just as well as my belly. Thank you young lady, you know who you are.”

During our last visit, Mike Seekins, the owner and chief, took the time to personally come out and chat with us, even offering a couple of insights into the secrets behind his delicious cheese grits. Of course, he's not spilling the entire recipe, just a tip or two. What adds to the charm of Famous Mike's is not just the fantastic food but the super-friendly staff and the wonderful atmosphere they've cultivated. The pizza would have been good if the cheese was on the meat instead of the crust. Why do you put the cheese on the crust? All my toppings fell off. I was very unhappy with my meal. I paid $45 for a backward meal. As I waited for my pizza to be corrected, I watched the pizza preparer not wash his hands, wipe his hands on his shirt, dig into his pockets, and proceed to make food. I called my daughter and told her to get the food because I wasn't eating it. The ladies were awesome though, with great personalities and they kept me laughing. They were the reason I kept my food in the beginning.”

Rolling your eyes, being exceptionally rude wasn't even called for..if she didn't wanna work she should quit or find another job in my opinion”

However their calzones I got mozzarella and ricotta cheese and pepperoni I suggest getting the large it is well worth it and it tastes even better when you reheated when you bring it home it's leftovers. I was a little upset though that the first manager offered me free calzone becoz there was a hair in my calzone when I went to claim my free calzone I found out that there was a new manager and he refused to stand by Laura lb and her offer to give me a free calzone to replace the one that had the hair. They should really stick to what the previous manager say to the customers that is not good customer service. Unfortunately I do not have a photo of the calzone but it is well worth trying”

We sat at the bar, where our servers, Alan and Jessnia, were absolutely awesome. Despite the restaurant being packed, the wait time was short, and both servers were incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable. The service was excellent, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made the evening even more special.
