The food is always great, and Keisha gave us GREAT service!
I have to admit that the customer service is top tier! I had a issue with my order and I called when I got home. I was told that my name would be placed in the book and I could come and pick it up. I sent my Daughter to pick it up for me and I was not in the book. I immediately emailed them and within a hour I was speaking with someone. He was kind and considerate. He really made me want to give them another shot.

So called "BBQ" was very bland . Did not taste like BBQ at all. I usually go to fresh air but due to time restrictions, I decided to give Sonny's a try. First and last time. $13 for a shady BBQ sandwich, unseasoned fries, and a drink. sadly the drink was the best part. Never again.
