Update: They've improved a lot the last couple times I've gone, and hopefully they continue on this track. Food quality isn't consistent, but it seems like they're working on it
Easiest the worst Longhorn location that I've been to. Given them plenty of opportunities (dine-in & to-go) but their service continues to be extremely rude and disappointing. There is always something wrong with the food.

Food was very good. Waitress was awesome.
Always crowded or busy , but doesn't affect your wait or service
