I travel for work every week. I specifically requested a late check out (I work night shift) and was told by front desk staff upon check in that this request would be honored. Alas...at 11:03 am, housekeeping staff attempted to enter my room, even though the "do not disturb" sign was on the door.
Reading some of the reviews you would of thought we were staying in a dungeon. Our room was ready when we got there, quick service at the desk, answered all my questions. The hallways were well lit and recently updated last year or two. The room was fine, looked like it was updated, new sink and floor. Bed was comfortable. Plenty towels (three large towels). Great customer service we left another hotel down the street smell liked smoke and the ladies on front desk here help to put us in clean and safer place can’t thank you enough for coming to our rescue close to 75 and restaurants
