“Best tables in a 100 mile radius. Owner and staff are amazing. It is run like a business is supposed to run. You can tell they care about the customer. It was my first time and I was so impressed with everything. Haven't tried the food yet but I hear the salad is top notch.“
“Used to come here pretty regularly and never had a bad experience. The staff was always amazing and the environment is just what you look for in a hometown bar - relaxed, inviting, and chill. They have pool tables and music, or just have a seat and watch the game.“

“This was my first time eating here however my sister has dined here several times. I chose the pork chop with fries. The pork chop was good however I prefer it to be fried a tad bit harder. The fries were hot and seasoned well. The sandwich bread was super soft and the lettuce/tomato for the sandwich were fresh. My sister enjoyed the hamburger steak meal however the portion of mash potatoes were overwhelming to the size of the patty. The hot wings were good as well.“

“I am not a party person but my sister had my 40th birthday celebration here with a few friends and I had a really good time. The DJ was amazing. Once I got a little Hennessy in me, I cut a step or two or three or four on the dance floor . The food and drinks were really good.“
“I love Overtyme. Frequently visit for the fish & older crowd vibe. I love the music especially nights DJ Ron is there. Taco Tuesday is my favorite day; sometimes karaoke. Friday & Saturday evenings have more of a crowd. Sunday dinners are good, just have to get there early. Never had any bad experiences with the weekend nights, but have heard of break ins. Recommendations: --all tacos -shrimp: 12/10 NOT included in taco tuesday -fish (pang): 12/10 LOVE these; my tuesday go to -beef: 8/10 -chicken 8/10 --fish (pang): 10/10 so good -- fish & shrimp combo 12/10 -- buffalo dip: 9/10 -- SWEET TEA 1000/10 needs to be sold by the gallon Other Comments: -not a fan of drinks, but they do have specials (frozen, on the rocks, jello shots) -chicken on bone is usually fried too hard“
“I was in Forsyth for work and yelped bars. Northside Cheers popped up as an option. Growing up watching the TV show "Cheers" naturally sparked my interest in this place. I dropped in on a Tuesday and I was immediately welcomed by the bartender. The patrons were just as friendly and welcoming. I was told every Tuesday is team/individual trivia night. Team "Us" invited me to be a part of their team (I was zero help). Ultimately I made new friends and had an amazing experience. Oh, their tater tots are delicious.“
