I dont understand how it takes 20 mins to get 3 burgers at noon. Poor management and workers who hate their job I assume.
Had to order at a kiosk, that was ok but more complicated than it should be when there were at least 6 people in the back. Someone did come forward when I was half way and asked if I needed help, they were very nice. McDonald's is a convenient fast food restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, with one reviewer mentioning the afternoon manager's positive influence on the team and the store's overall improvement. The young lady at the counter received praise for her courteous service. The restaurant uses order kiosks, but during one visit, three out of four were out of service. Despite this, the service was quick, and the cleanliness of the establishment was appreciated. The menu offers a range of options, including fries, although one reviewer was disappointed to find they were out of ice cream. Overall, McDonald's is a good option for a quick bite on the go, with sufficient parking and a friendly staff. The restaurant is conveniently located near the interstate, making it a solid choice for travelers.
