I had drive thru service my issue was my chicken was tough so I'm thinking overcooked and they sat there for awhile and reheated them but I couldn't eat them and I didn't have time to take them back being I was already on the interstate headed to my destination that was 45 mi away
I stopped and bought lunch for my mother in law.. Food was not fresh. Fries were cold, and the chicken was hard. I planned to call the store, but she urged me not to worry about it.Zaxbys is better than this. I was disappointed.
