didn't get the dressing for my salad that I waited 15 minutes in front of the restaurant for and three cars behind me got their orders right away.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is known for its friendly and efficient service. Many customers appreciate the fast drive-thru and polite staff, who often ensure orders are accurate and include extra condiments. The restaurant is a favorite for those who order through the app, as some employees remember regular customers by name and go above and beyond to resolve any mistakes. The atmosphere is typical of fast food, with a focus on quick service. However, not all experiences have been perfect; one customer expressed disappointment with the freshness of the lettuce in the oriental chicken salad. Overall, Zaxby's is praised for its delicious food and welcoming staff, making it a popular choice for lunch.
