“this is the best place to make sure your health is aligned. from tasty smoothies to wellness shots and açaí bowls. paradise smoothies has it all. i got the açaí bowl with super greens, pineapple, mango, toppings and agave. this was delicious. he even made a sample for me to try. the customer service is AMAZING and very informative.“

“When I went today to pick up my food, I found that only Sam was working behind the counter alone today. Sam did an amazing job with my food and the smoothies were ready to go. But the fact that he is opening the store ALONE is ridiculous! Management needs to ensure their employees are not ALONE. That's a safety problem! Sam had multiple customers to serve alone and one of them was being nasty to him over lids, as if Sam could control the types of lids in stock! Sam deserves recognition and a raise to be manning all the stations alone!
Any employee to be the only person in a store is not safe, the doors should've stayed locked, and the store could've taken online orders only until another manager or employee showed up. Do better for your employees like Sam! Great work Sam!“

“Yesterday I had the pleasure of stopping by. This cafe is located in the lower level of one my doctors offices. The staff was nice the restaurant was clean and welcoming it definitely didn’t have that hospital cafe feeling. Wait...did I mention the food was good. Im on a strict cardiac diet. “I love this location and their food so much! I didn’t think to leave a review until my most recent visit after the manager went above and beyond— I had ordered the watermelon juice (I actually snagged the last one) and an avocado toast. While the watermelon juice was only made yesterday, I opened it and it had a very sour taste/bad smell. Little did I know, while I was googling if watermelon juice can go bad that fast (which it can speaking to how fresh this juice is, no preservatives!!), the manager saw my reaction to the bad juice and immediately got up from her conversation with someone. I got up to the register to ask if I could switch it, and to my surprise, the manager already refunded me and told me to pick another juice to go! Out of all my visits (which is a lot) that was the only issue I have ever ran into, YET they went above & beyond to make it a positive experience!! Thank you again!!“
