McDonald's in Marietta

“I came in to place a big other and was greeted right away from all the staff. Had a great service from a manger lozerno and Mario. Great customer service and quick food service. Came in for I had thought, and got something better. I have been waiting long time steak and was recommended great things. This store is very clean and neat.Very friendly staff and would recommended this location to anyone.“

“The people here are truly the best. I go here for my morning coffee every day. My epipen fell out of my wallet at the drive through window. They made sure to get it back to me!!!!! They double checked for the next week that I got it back. My epipen saves my life. Not everyone is a decent person these days. Everyone who works at this McDonald’s does a great job and they even went a step further.“

“I went to this place a bunch of times in the last years, they are super fast and attended about do the orders in the dine-in, drive-thru or pick-up. I could buy the pokemon promotion many times here. The baths all the time are clean and the customer service usually it's good too!“

“Ya know when I ordered here I thought it was going to be a pleasant night out with my fiancé, but instead we were in line for 30 minutes and they didn’t even have the ingredients to make my meal. I asked for a reimbursement but they said they can’t and gave me something entirely different. Not only that, but they were rude to us when we asked for the reimbursement. This establishment is not normally this rude at night, but I can’t not tell the truth. This place either needs a better staff, management, or franchise. Do better. And don’t advertise a new ice cream if you can’t make it!“

I said I'm a level 2.
She came back with my order and said, "What level do you think I am?
Child, your you have you have b to be a level 6.
Hiccups are gone.

“McDonald's is McDonald's. The food is consistent and though I hadn't been there in a while decided to jump back in with the app experience. The young woman manning (womanning?) the drive-thru was very helpful and got us through with no hiccups.“

Parking: Plenty of Parking if you decide to go in a d get your food.

Kid-friendliness: McDonalds is geared towards children with the food and a play pin“

“The manager on duty, I believe his name is Stephan. Well his energy is amazing and he like that every time we come. Our home is by the spring rd location and it’s night and day. Please come see him and McDonald’s please make him an owner operator. I promise y’all need more people like him. Again amazing!!!“

“I go to this McDonalds quite a bit and I have no problems. Like yeah maybe some employees are rude but the food is NEVER bad bc it’s freaking McDonalds 😭. Don’t expect top tier service if ur going to a fast food chain like its not a fancy restaurant. Its just an average McDonalds. Everyone that works there is super helpful and they never skimp out on fries and its always rlly clean. Idk why its getting so many bad reviews.“

“I went there this morning, and there was an employee who was literally running back and forth between the two windows doing the work of two people. The manager was yelling at her, and dressing her down for not moving fast enough, telling her not talk to customers, that she needs to learn to do multiple things at once, etc and was saying all of this repeatedly and loudly right in front of me. I felt so bad for the employee. When the manager walked over to hand me my order she wasn't even polite..just said here, as she shoved the drink in my hand. Her poor employee looked so sad. I said to the manager you shouldn't talk to your employee like that in front of people like that. She told me to mind my business. I replied wow you really lack customer service and she said so did I, then told me bye. Clearly this doesn't hurt me, because I can choose to go or not go to this place, but even a couple hours later I still see that poor girls face who she was being so nasty to. She needs to work and has to work under those conditions. McDonalds needs to do better in hiring managers, or at least train them in how to treat employees and talk to customers“

“I get breakfast at this McDonald’s and I must say the service is always spot on, the ladies in the windows are always courteous and fast, my order is always hot and fresh especially the COFFEE?♥️. Thank you guys so much!! You always start my work day off right!“
