“My favorite McDonald's! They are always preparing good, hot food. The staff has always been courteous there. My only knock is the design of the inside is a little funky but that aside, I always try to go back to this McDonald's in particular.“
“It was a pretty busy day, but Diabel or Daibel (sorry if I butchered the name), gave me absolutely great service, he made sure I got my drink twice and gave me whatever condiments I asked for immediately. Overall good experience from a McDonald’s 👍“
“There are so few food places with a playground! Thank you for keeping this one with a toddler area and a slide. Orders are always correct and promptly delivered to a table. Where else to take kiddos in cold, wet or hot weather that is open on Sundays and cheap…“
“One of the best McDonald’s I ever been to. I went through drive through and used the app. Alecia/Or Alicia took my order. She was professional and had great personality. You could really see her smile through the speaker. She even upsold me an item when I was placing my order. Angeles at next window was fast prompt and communicated.She smiled the whole Kitchen and restaurant seemed really clean. Kudos to this McDonald’s. This is how all McDonald’s should operate.“

“I work long hours outside my home, so I constantly find myself eating out. I usually choose well-known chain restaurants because cleanliness is important to me. I have to say, this is one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
The staff is focused and professional, and the food is well presented. Almost every McDonald’s in the Atlanta area serves food with terrible presentation—my dogs eat better than that! Burgers dripping with grease, fries cooked in burnt oil, chicken nuggets the color of cardboard.
But this location truly reminded me what it feels like to sit down and enjoy good service and good food. I really appreciate the quality here.

“The manager on duty, I believe his name is Stephan. Well his energy is amazing and he like that every time we come. Our home is by the spring rd location and it’s night and day. Please come see him and McDonald’s please make him an owner operator. I promise y’all need more people like him. Again amazing!!!“
“Good food. Mostly good service but at time the younger employees do not smile repeat orders or check to make sire you have the requested condiments (even for online orders). Be sure to check your food before you leave.
This morning the man at the first window was amazing. Was energetic friendly repeated my order. Most like a manager or GM, different vibe at the 2nd window. The ladies were just going through the motions of pushing orders put the window.“
“I went there this morning, and there was an employee who was literally running back and forth between the two windows doing the work of two people. The manager was yelling at her, and dressing her down for not moving fast enough, telling her not talk to customers, that she needs to learn to do multiple things at once, etc and was saying all of this repeatedly and loudly right in front of me. I felt so bad for the employee. When the manager walked over to hand me my order she wasn't even polite..just said here, as she shoved the drink in my hand. Her poor employee looked so sad. I said to the manager you shouldn't talk to your employee like that in front of people like that. She told me to mind my business. I replied wow you really lack customer service and she said so did I, then told me bye. Clearly this doesn't hurt me, because I can choose to go or not go to this place, but even a couple hours later I still see that poor girls face who she was being so nasty to. She needs to work and has to work under those conditions. McDonalds needs to do better in hiring managers, or at least train them in how to treat employees and talk to customers“
“I stop here almost everyday before work and am never disappointed. Food is always hot and fresh. But what makes the experience even better is Sammie in the drive thru. His customer service is absolutely amazing. He remembers my order and how I like it without having to say a word. Phenomenal young man. Thank you Sammie for being as kind and great as you are!“
