Horrible consumer engagement model. I called to place a catering order. Select two for catering gets me a bus signal. Select one gets me a human who can’t take a catering order and instead suggests that I go online. You lost my business because of a rigid customer engagement model. This is how organizations collapse and disappear into dirt.
White people who jump the line get served first here. I stood there looking at my sandwich that just sat there for 5 minutes on the prep board. Didn’t realize it was my sandwich until they threw it in a plate. I complained and got a half hearted mumbled “sorry”. I said I wanted a refund and they said ok but took their sweet time.
