Ordered from UberEats from this location. I was supposed to get a half chicken avocado BLT, but what I got was a sloppy mess of a sandwich that was lacking in avocado or bacon (you know the B in a BLT), but wasn’t lacking in a large piece of avocado peel! I am incredibly disappointed with Panera!
I ordered two days in advance a special order for 12 bowls of breads for my Father’s Day dinner, and they called me two minutes before the pick-up time to let me know that they only had six of them.
I tried to figure out what to do, and then I called Panera back, and the phone rang off for about 20 minutes, and when finally, someone answered that said that my order was canceled.
