I first tried Culver’s a few years ago and their burgers use to be hot and fresh tasting, but as of lately it seems as though some corners are being cut. “Now this is customer service! CFA goes out of the way to ensure that it is convenient for customers to spend with them. I don't eat chicken but I took my son here for brunch and all he had to do was scan a QR code after placing his order using the mobile app. Impressive! The line was long but there were plenty of folks taking orders and moving the line. We went right on through the mobile pickup line. Super job, CFA! I don't mind paying a little extra for excellent customer service.“

“Three of us stopped in at your McDonough Ga location Thursday, April 13, about 2 pm to grab burgers. It was raining and our shoes were wet so we wiped them off on the rug just inside the door. My 72 year old wife was the first to enter your restaurant and as she stepped off the rug her feet went flying in different directions. We grabbed her before she hit the floor but we had trouble maintaining our balance because the floor was so slippery we couldn't get any traction. It was as if the floor was covered in grease. We had to hold each other up as we made our way to the counter to place our orders. The whole floor was slippery. When we mentioned it to the clerk she said it always does this when it rains. We took a seat in a booth to wait on our food and another female employee brought our food to us. When we mentioned it to her she said someone mopped the floor and didn't know what they were doing. As we were leaving another family came in and I warned them before they got off the rug. They also had to shuffle around. Whether it was a sweating floor from the rain or a greasy mop job I'm not sure. All I know is if my wife had hit the floor things would have turned quite nasty quickly. I can't believe your manager allowed customers in the door knowing how slick the floor was. Someone should be fired over this because next time your company won't be so lucky.“

“This Taco Bell has the best customer service. I rarely have food missing or incorrect here and they’re always very polite. We live 15 minutes south of this Taco Bell in a town that has its own Taco Bell and we pass right by that one for the competent service. Best Taco Bell in America, hands-down.“

“I just wanted to say you all are doing an amazing job training the young people working the drive thru window. I am not sure how old the young lady who helped me was, but she looked pretty young and her name was Lacey. She was extremely nice, very patient, and very easy to talk to. She said yes ma’am and no ma’am the whole time, and I am only 30 years old, but I truly appreciated the respect.

Either her parents raised her very well, or you all are doing a great job teaching customer service. She explained the combo meal to me as if I had never ordered chicken before, and she did it in a very polite and professional way.

If I had one small piece of feedback, the chicken could probably use a little more salt and pepper. I understand restaurants have to follow certain dietary standards, but a little more flavor would make it even better.

As for Lacey, she is excellent in that window. She deserves recognition for the way she represents your business. Whether that is a raise, another hat, another apron, another sweatshirt, or even the opportunity to train others, she is truly doing a great job. I hope she is, or becomes, a trainer because she represents your company very well.“

“I had an amazing customer service experience with a guy named Derek today. He took my order in the drive thru and he had a wonderful attitude. Instead of throwing my bag of food at me and closing the window, he asked me how my day was going and smiled at me. He was truly a light and he deserves a promotion! Fantastic job Derek! 👏🏻“

Fried rice is not Really hitting it pretty much taste like they cook some regular rice and threw a little bit of shrimp in it in order to be able to call it shrimp fried rice And charge an extra dollar and a half, and this is not me saying it’s not reasonably pricedoverall seven out of 10 recommend“
