Always unreal how good an experience I have
Customer service at Sams is nonexistent. Purchased a $75 gift card before Christmas there and gave it as a gift. Was contacted by the friend I had given it to that they could not use it due toot being activated. Fairly embarrassing but I got cards back, gave my friend the money to cover their meal and tried to take back to Sams and get cards activated or replaced.
