The new AI order taking technology needs to repeat the order back to the customer. I’m very skeptical that she actually heard me and I can’t verify because she doesn’t repeat it back to you like a human employee.
The ham in my biscuit was green and spoiled. They gave me something different but still. The smoked sausage was very generic and cheap. The whole experience has informed me that Bojangles is not a place for me to go at all, for anything.
The assistant manager or manager to whom she is she's rude as hell and need to be restrained on customer service if she don't like her job she need to get her a new one corperate will be called
