“This place is awesome! Not only are your sandwiches made to order AFTER you order them, the food really is tasty.
HUGE SHOUT OUT to the young lady serving my mother and I. She went above and beyond for my mother. She just met my mom's accommodation, with a beautiful smile, not second guessing why we needed what we needed. I will not elaborate further. Just know there is a little angle working at Arby's. And shame on me for forgetting her name. If I remember or see her again, I will edit this post.
I highly recommend THIS particular location because of the customer service first. And secondly, curly fries guys, fresh, hot, made to order! I give ⚠️ it will be H-O-T!!“

“Food was great. The Philly cheesesteak eggroll was amazing. The honey lemon pepper wings were too! Fries are what you are expecting. The front register person was not very personable. She let my food sit out after being ready for a while and was on her phone instead of calling my name and telling me it was ready. Usually don't care, but I have a limited lunch time. Otherwise, delicious food.“

“Started off a little rough. Food was originally made pretty badly. Returned it and got some of the best customer service I've had in a long while. Manager was fantastic but did not get his name. Wanted to say thank you for taking care of us and making it right.“

I received a satisfactory response regarding the pickle 😊
The Hook and Ladder is great... but the pickle leaves a lot to be desired. My advice, don't offer the pickle just to say you do. Sadly, the photo shows the pickle to be much larger than it was 😂.“

“This is one of our favorite fast food places to eat. Their super greens are great !!!
Vegetarian options: We always get the super greens which are really good and add lo mien and rice. Makes a very delicious, quick, affordable take out meal. We definitely recommend this place.“
