“Liz is the best bartender !!! House margs are bomb as hell 🔥 with a delightful flavor (not like most of the other places).
Went in for Nacho Thursday and those were bomb as well!!!!
Can't go wrong, all the servers are cordial and helpful. Jesus and Fernanda are the ones I got the pleasure to interact with.

“Julio and Claudio made sure we had a great 70th birthday experience. They put the sombrero on the birthday "boy" and brought the lit tray of 70 candles we snuck in beforehand out with dessert. Then they and their crew sang Happy Birthday in English and Spanish. The guests were thrilled! And on top of it, the food was absolutely wonderful! Love this place.“

“YES!!!! I know it sounds crazy but the refried beans of all things just HIT DIFFERENT!!! They’re supposed to be just filler in other restaurants but I’m telling you, they are delicious at Aurelio’s for some reason! I’ve NEVER had a bad meal there! I love this restaurant because it’s NOT loud and obnoxious, just really good food!“

“This has got to be the best mexican food takeout in the entire area. Good variety on their menu and their food is very tasty and authentic compared to other dine in mexican restaurants. They do have a very small dine in area .But for the most part, I think their takeout is a large part of their business.“

“Our company was catered by Tacos Veloz for our Christmas party, and everything was excellent. We ordered through Aldo, who made sure everything was packed accurately and ready on time. We got the barbacoa, carne asada, carnitas, and horchata to-go — all of it was absolutely delicious. We even drove all the way from Dahlonega to pick it up in Gainesville, and it was well worth the trip. We will definitely be ordering from them again!“
“Quaint authentic Mexican restaurant. Having lived 6 years in Mexico, I know authentic! I ordered the Torta Regia. LOADED with refried beans, pineapple, country fried thin steak, lettuce, tomato, avacado, jalapeño, and panela cheese. SO GOOD!Very friendly staff. Google says they're open until 9pm. We showed up just before 8. We realized they were closing after we ordered, but they were super friendly and not annoyed at us. All the staff wore masks, and wore them PROPERLY. Very happy about that. We don't live in Gainesville, but we will come back!!“

“Tried the birria for the first time and it tasted very authentic and full of flavor! It taste exactly how they make them in Guadalajara Mexico. It’s like slow cooked pot roast but more flavorful! I would definitely recommend you try it as a taco or quesadilla.“

“Food and service was excellent. Lacie was our server, she was also excellent 👌. I would highly recommend. I had the shrimp and Tilapia over rice. Was some of the best I've had. Will be recommending to friends and family. I will be definitely going back. Also I love the decor and atmosphere. Being able to see into the kitchen gives it a personal feel.“

“Had an amazing dinner and shared excellent conversation with the friendly staff who care a great deal about providing outstanding service and a terrific experience. Best margarita I've ever had, and prices were very reasonable. This is one place I am making a regular stop when I am at Lake Lanier.“
