“Every single time we receive our food at the second window, Dante is there—and he consistently delivers exceptional customer service. He is extremely polite, engaging, and always greets customers with a friendly smile and a great attitude.
When we noticed he was gone for a while, his absence was truly felt. That’s how impactful his presence is. I finally saw him again last night and made a point to ask his name so I could let him know his customer service and smile were missed and noticed.

“Thank you to the wonderful lady today at around 1:20 that took my order. I was short and she covered the rest so I could eat lunch today. It was embarrassing.. (thought I had money on a gift card to cover but it was not enough). She is always so sweet when I go there and everyone that works there is always nice. I am so appreciative of her! “I just wanted to take a minute and give the McDonalds employees at the Newnan 29 South location, a big kudos. Today I placed an order through the drive-thru around lunchtime and after making my order and pulling around, each contact at both windows was very pleasant and staff was very welcoming. I was asked to pull ahead and park while they completed my order and I believe it may have been the manager but the lady that brought my food to my vehicle was very professional and polite. Order was correct and food hot. Thank you McDonald's Crew.“
