“We had the absolute best dining experience here last weekend with Kaylee E. as our server. She helped us celebrate our daughter's birthday and made it such a memorable meal. She provided such caring and attentive service. The food was great (as it always is here). We enjoyed the spinach dip, meatloaf and chocolate cake. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or every day indulgences.“

“I went to Firebirds for a late birthday lunch. I've been there several times before. I ordered the Aged Ribeye with the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and they gave me the Brownie Dessert as a gift for my birthday along with a card. Everything was delicious as always.“

“We receive a gift card every year for the past three. We live 170 miles away and look forward to visiting but have only visited once and it was amazing. Food and service both was outstanding and now with two years of gift cards we have got to get in there and probably bring the family.“

“My husband and I are delighted to find this little gem within walking distance from our home. We ordered Pad Thai with shrimp and Pad Me Ew with pork and both were delicious. The shrimp was a little tough but still quite good. I give 4.5 stars for food and for extremely attentive and friendly wait staff. We will be back to try the hibachi soon.“

“We went for a farewell event with my coworkers It took us forever to get our food. A few of us ordered soups and salads and everything came out at one time. The food was not hot. The restaurant was not crowded and it was 7 of us. It took us almost an hour and a half to get food and for our checks to come. This is not acceptable service. We will not be back. We have been here before and we understand that it takes time, but this was horrible service from the beginning to the end.“

“Not sure if there’s a new manager, but wow — the service tonight was amazing! From start to finish everything was smooth, welcoming, and efficient.
Our server, Sarai V, deserves 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly wonderful customer service. The manager also stopped by to check on us, which was such a nice touch.
We were in and out within an hour, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service made the entire experience even better. This visit reminded me why LongHorn Steakhouse is a favorite. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I recently visited Outback and overall had a good experience, although there are a few areas that could be improved.
The wait time was about 30 minutes, which is understandable depending on the time of day. From the beginning, the service was very friendly, and the staff made the experience more enjoyable.
The drinks and appetizer were excellent, both in flavor and presentation. However, the timing and order in which the drinks and food were served could be better coordinated for a smoother experience.
The main course took a bit longer than expected, which slightly affected the overall experience. Also, soft background music would add a more elegant touch to the atmosphere.
I especially want to highlight our server, whose attention and attitude made a big difference; thanks to her, my rating went from a 3 to a 4.
Overall, good food and great service, with a few adjustments that could elevate the experience even more.“

“It was my granddaughter's birthday and she had a taste for steak. We had everything from steak to salad to broccoli to bacon macaroni to margaritas and an appetizer with shrimp that was absolutely delicious with the dip. The waitress I wish I remembered her name.She was excellent. We would definitely be returning here.“

“Ordered their 6-oz Renegade Sirloin with a loaded Baked Potato and Mixed Green Salad. Chose Med Rare rare so it would be Medium on pickup. Perfectly cooked, 1” thick, nicely seasoned, and the potato was also perfectly cooked. The salad was fresh and crispy. Excellent takeout meal at a great price.
We also ordered a 1/2-lb burger and fries; it was cooked medium well as ordered and the lettuce and tomato were fresh and set off to the side as was the bun, avoiding sogginess. The fries weren’t crispy though, maybe from sitting too long in the plastic box, they were damp.
We would definitely order again. One thing that could improve- they did not respond when I checked in that I had arrived, and after waiting 10+ min I called. The meal was ready. they had just had not brought it out, maybe because it was a busy Saturday night but I hadn’t seen a single takeout order brought out in the time I was parked. The other cars in the takeout spots were empty so I think people dining inside were using the pickup spots.“
