“The Briarcliff location is always pleasant and clean. The music is varied but ALWAYS good and tasteful . As I usually do…I get the steak Baja at the various locations I visit around the city…this location’s steak was seasoned perfectly. I appreciate good food…at some restaurants I leave disappointed, feeling like I’ve wasted my money. Definitely not the case here…The steak was banging!!!“

“This manager and staff of this location go above and beyond! I had an issue with ordering through the Chili’s app and getting it delivered. The Chili’s manager personally called DoorDash for me and got DoorDash to issue a refund and a redelivery of new food. He was very pleasant and understanding to me and apologized for the inconvenience. This issue was not Chili’s fault whatsoever but they handled it extremely professional and pleasant. Great management!!! Thank you again.“

“Our server was great and the food was good. Tasted like homemade tortillas. We ordered the family size fajitas and it was enough to feed five us with a lot of leftovers! The host was not super friendly and we came about 20 minutes ahead of our reservation and she said she couldn't seat us without really looking. When we came back at our time we ended up waiting another 20 minutes before finally sitting. Otherwise our main server was great and made up for the initial greet we received.“

“It was my first time going to Gusto. After my church members and I left Stone Mountain from our trail walk, we decided to eat healthy. We googled a healthy restaurant near the park. Gusto was the first place to pop up. We viewed the menu and decided to go there. And I am so happy that we did. Not only were we greeted as we walked in, the staff took the time to explain their menu and let us sample the dressing as well. I hate that I can’t remember the young man name but he came out to the table and asked us if everything was okay. I enjoyed the whole experience, called my daughter and she said let her try it. So I bought bowls to go. We will be going back. Kudos to the entire staff that worked on May 31st at 11am❤️❤️“

“One of my fav eateries in Atlanta for quick, easy, affordable, and weekly Chef specials and menu favorites. The food quality is always good, fresh, flavorful, and temperature appropriate. Most importantly, customer service is always consistent and on point. Word to the unfamiliar and special, there are no substitutes or changeouts with the specials. This place has a cult-like following, and lines can be long but worth the quick wait. Enjoy!“

Their team is always friendly and they ensure our food and service are both excellent. The staff has very low turnover which is unusual for the restaurant business these days. “Most reasonably priced tacos in the area in my opinion. Most are about $4, so you can eat here for like $15 or less. Love the fried chicken and Memphis tacos. The trio is always a must. Their cheese dip is so good. It’s thinner and a tiny bit spicy. Their chips are thin and crispy too. The employees are really nice and food comes out fast. House marg and frozen margs are both yummy. Beware of a reallyyyy long line on nice nights. We try to get there before 6 to try to avoid the long line.

Parking: Free parking lot but spots are tight and it fills up quick, even though there’s a lot of spots“

“Food is great when you can get the server to actually get the order right. This is my 4th time coming here and each time I order the same thing, enchiladas supreme. I ask for all beef and all flour tortillas. How hard can it be. The server repeats my order and it still comes out wrong. I request it to be remade, and this time it comes out all beef but in CORN versus the flour tortillas I asked for. At this point, I no longer want the meal. You would think that as a courtesy for the inconvenience the manager would comp the other $21.99 meal for inconvenience. Nope, so I politely paid the ticket and determined that I will never visit this establishment again. Horrible server, service and even more a moron of a manager (Francisco). If your waiter doesn't write down your order, just know it may have to be redone several times and they will surely look at you as if to say, "you don't want it"? TF 🙄😡🤬“

“Great location. The recent evening crew is a good group with great attitudes (not that this location has not had some great crews in the last five years). They food quality is always consistent and they give nice size portions without any attitude if you ask for extra. While it can get really busy at times they do a good job on keeping the tables cleaned as folks leave.“

Their burritos are awesome (my favorite is the Homewrecker, with steak), their chips are fresh, and they have the best salsas around (my favorite is Who Is Kaiser Salsa? but also like the tomatillo as well as some of the seasonal ones). Oh, and their guacamole is what heaven would be like heave were thick green paste with the perfect flavoring. I'm not so much a fan of their chicken, but who cares when their steak is so good!“
