“We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Charley’s today, all thanks to Erica! I had surgery yesterday and am currently unable to hyperextend my neck, which made reading the menu from the counter really difficult. Erica was incredibly patient and understanding when I had to step back quite a bit just to see the options. Not only was she accommodating, but she was also incredibly friendly and chatty, making wonderful conversation with me and my family while we ordered. Excellent customer service is rare, but Erica truly went above and beyond. She made our visit so pleasant!“

“The best part about this visit was that my husband who was in the Navy for 10 years got a free drink for being a veteran. That was the first time someone did that. My husband is old school so he mixing different drinks together. Can you say kamikaze? Mix a few different drinks together. He loves it and it's a fun guessing game on what sodas I use for him. Note to self. Never mix grape together. Too over- powering.

She made my Mike’s Original Italian faster than I’ve ever seen, all while handling multiple stations at the same time and seamlessly assisting the other workers. “I first tried Blimpie over a year ago when they still had a store in Gainesville. I ordered The Blimp sandwich and I was surprised at the size of it. As for how it tasted, it was very good. Compared to other sub sandwich restaurants, I found Blimpie to have more of everything in their sandwiches. When the Blimpie in Gainesvlle closed, through Google Maps, I found the next closest one to be on Friendship Rd. I went there for an early dinner and while a smaller location, the atmosphere was homey and the person up front was exceptionally cordial. I ordered a regular Hoboken Hero combo with chips and a drink to go. The sandwich was great with all the meats and condiments blending together creating a feeling of bliss. A great place for sub sandwiches!“

“This store is SO incredible. I’ve called to verify their process whenever they get a gluten-free sandwich online order, they treat it as if it’s for an allergy (instead of a preference). They wipe down all surfaces and touch points, the slicer, wash hands, change gloves, use a dedicated GF knife. They get their ingredients from the back for that sandwich. They really try to make it as low cross-contamination as possible.

They no longer have the GF snickerdoodles, which is a bummer, but I truly appreciate this store’s attempts to make my experience as safe as possible. I have ordered MANY gluten-free subs from this store and have never gotten sick. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail for those of us with intolerances, allergies, or Celiac.“

Togo and online orders are not a priority here. Add at least 15mins to the pickup time they give you or just go inside and wait in line you’ll be served faster.“

“Just wanted to start off by saying when I entered the store the employee which her name was Crystal was so nice and greated me as soon as I walked in. She was a breath of fresh air. I have been here before and got nothing but attitude from other employees here. The other employees needs to take notes from her on customer service. She was very helpful with helping me with any questions I had about the subs and made me feel like I counted as a customer. The owner needs to take notes on this employee and know what a great employee he has. She is the face of this subway. After today's service I won't come back unless Crystal is working....“
