“Good Korean barbecue spot compared to the other one by Newman. Have tried their Duluth spot and compared to that the quality held up. Too bad they did not carry the charcoal grills. Erik served my family and I and we all had a good time. The buffet was definitely the highlight for me.“

“I work for a local HVAC company and we do their AC work. Everytime I've been here the kitchen is spotless. (Alot of places I've been in I won't eat there due to how bad the kitchen is.) The managers and staff are very friendly. They have the best burgers with great healthy options as sides. They cook your order to your preference, I am completely comfortable ordering a Rare or Med-Rare burger from here. They are a exemplary example of great dining.“

“How would one recognize an excellent restaurant? One sure way is from the patrons’ eagerness to return! This week, our office staff ordered lunch from HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern four days in a row! I ordered the same thing each day (Mother Nature Bowl with Salmon); others were more adventurous, but we all enjoyed our meals! At HOBNOB Tavern, there’s definitely something for everyone! “My experience at Steak ‘n Shake was a normal one. I walked in, placed my order, and the service was pretty standard—not overly friendly, but not rude either. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, and it was exactly what I expected.

The burger was decent—nothing gourmet, but it hit the spot for a quick bite. The fries were hot and crispy, and the shake was thick and flavorful, which is always a highlight there. The dining area was relatively clean, though it could’ve used a quick wipe-down in some spots.

All in all, it was a typical fast-casual dining experience. If you’re craving something simple and familiar without any frills, Steak ‘n Shake gets the job done.“

“I would have given a 5 star review, yet the last few times I've been there, the service is terrible. Waited in line to order one cashier working while others were goofing off and ignoring the patrons. They didn't get our orders correct. We also ordered milkshakes and after 20 minutes had to go to the counter as they were just sitting in a cooler bin and the girl said something to the runner and they had a spat with each other all the while manager sitting at a table on break playing on her phone. The dining room was not wiped down and had to clean a table while the manager watched.“
