She was so kind, and we told her to just sub in whatever worked. Instead, they completely spoiled us with extra pastries, donut holes, and a perfect breakfast sandwich. Incredible service, amazing people, and delicious treats. What she didn't know is we've been dealing with post-flood chaos in my home for weeks and it's been frustrating and anxiety ridden and this small act of kindness meant so very much to us. “I will preface by saying that I'm originally from Texas, and I grew up having kolaches from doughnut places a lot. After I moved away, I was never able to find another doughnut place that had them. That is until I discovered Donut Worry, and was delighted and surprised to see them on their menu! I simply had to try them, and I'm so glad I did. The kolaches were so good! Not only that, but the doughnuts were excellent as well. The service was great, too, and the woman at the counter was so nice. My sister and I definitely will be coming back again in the future to get more doughnuts and kolaches. Would definitely recommend!“

“This is my 2md review -- The young cashier was unaccomodating. Placed my order & he immediately told me I could tip here (tapped a box). I had asked for honey for my croissant sandwich. He throws the bag at me. I checked for my honey, there wasnt any. Asked for it & got a eye roll look. I'm a former restaurant owner & server. I'm overly nice as I KNOW how hard this business is. This type of behavior will ruin a good business.

“Stopped in this morning to get my coworkers some breakfast. I’ve had Tim Hortons twice in my life but both times someone brought the breakfast to a meeting so I wasn’t real sure what the menu offered.

I have a coworker with a food allergy and he can only eat certain food. There wasn’t a breakfast option for him, other than pastry’s, and he doesn’t need anything sweet.

The manager on duty went out of her way and made him an off-menu item. She didn’t have to do that but it speaks volumes of her character and willingness to put the customer first.

It was a great gesture that made me a TH fan for life! Also, the food was delicious.“
