504 Seafood offers fantastic, authentic Louisiana cuisine near Atlanta. The food is well spiced, with excellent customer service and A+ flavors. Everything tried was amazing, from hush puppies that take you back to childhood to turkey neck, mussels, and crawfish that were very flavorful. The seafood gumbo and Etouffee are so delicious and so much flavor. The blue crabs are very sweet and buttery, and the gumbo and cajun fried rice are equally amazing. The shrimp and oysters Po Boy has delicious seasoning, and the seafood is fresh and delicious. The owner is very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great, chill, and inviting with soulful music. The environment is very clean. The chef is very passionate about his work. Every bite takes you back to New Orleans. This is a new favorite spot for sure.
