“So i stopped eating at this location as well as stopped accepting uber deliveries from here because the service was too slow for the lack of customers that would be there but also the customer service was lacking. Recently, i decided to give them one more try and noticed an obvious change. Service was much better as well as the customer service and i was pleasantly surprised but I also noticed a new lady who appeared to be the manager running the restaurant like a boss and i couldn't help but smile. Came back and had the same experience. I hope someone sees this and know that Shauntae (sorry if i mispelled) has come into this location and made a complete change that i as a customer as well as former food industry worker/customer service worker, feels definitely need to be recognized and/or rewarded. With her in charge, id gladly return.“

The wings were juicy on the inside, perfectly fried on the outside, and the gang jeong sauce was a nice blend of sweet and spicy. The coleslaw was decent, but next time I'll check out the corn salad or pickled veggies instead.“

“Juhee should be the best employee! I had an online order conflict and she dealt with it with very empathetic remarks and handled it as if it were her own problem. Very pleasant talks over the phone and very satisfying resolution because she kept digging to get the answer and solve correctly for the customer. For the food? You know bb.q Chicken is the best Korean chicken. My family has been a fan since Korea and now here so we were so excited to have it around. I introduced it to many American friends and they crave this.“

“I had a pleasant experience the first and third times I visited. However, the second visit was chaotic. The service was running super late on orders, even though plenty of plates were ready. I think they were short-staffed, but it was a mess. Now, coming to the good part: I loved the whole chicken. They could’ve added a bit more seasoning to the peri chips. The garlic bread was nicely made, and the Portuguese rice was good, though it was super cold. My favorite was the peri-peri wings—they were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken thigh sandwich as well. This place is better for hanging out with friends than for a date.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“

“I came through the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A a few days ago...... I frequent this Chick-fil-A quite often but when I came a few days ago as the person finished taking my order he looked at me and asked if he could pray for me...... I don't know if he knew that I was going through a lot in my life at that time but the fact that he asked to pray for me was so amazing...... I definitely am going through a very difficult time right now and his offer to pray for me was truly remarkable and so very appreciated and definitely needed....... I wish that I could remember his name but I can't....... “Best wings in town, but the service is lacking. It's setup to look & function best as counter service & takeout but they have eating in as table service. There isn't separate waiters though so you have to flag the couple of guys down to order or pay which can take awhile & feel weird.“

“If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

“As a fan of Chick-Fil-A, I have been to a few locations in and out of the state of Georgia. I even work at one myself. Recently I took a few trips to a few locations for business purposes and decided to dine at the Moore Road location. I usually go to dine first just to see what it is I am working with. I went around twelve in the afternoon which is when it is usually busy. I walked in and it was pretty busy. I stood in line to order and the young man who took my order was quick and efficient. When I repeated my order back to me which most cashiers do not, but should. And I even received my drink right there and then, which was interesting because not all locations do so. After I sat down, not even a minute went by, and I received my food. I ordered a spicy sandwich meal with pepper jack cheese, a side of mac and cheese, and water. I was amazed by the speed in which they brought the food to me given it was pretty busy. I took the sandwich out of the bag and could see a little bit of steam coming out. Which really showed the freshness of the food. I took the first bite and it was in fact pretty hot and the filet was well textured, credits to whoever was breading. The mac and cheese was also in fact for as well. The dining room hostess, Mrs. AJ, was just the sweetest. She made sure I had everything, and checked up on me and everyone often. After I finished eating she offered to take my tray and after she did she gave me a mint. Out of the many Chick-Fil-As I have been to, none have come close to this level of hospitality. Mind you Mrs. AJ is eighty-six years of age. but she moves around like she has not aged past thirty. I was planning on transferring locations soon, and I think I found where I want to work. This place is serious about everything and I loved everything about it. it is a location i highly recommend if you are in the Suwanee area.“

“CFA atmosphere is the same everything. It’s one of the things I like the most about it. This location struggles to take orders well. Almost every time I’m in there are multiple people running around doing almost anything but taking orders, especially if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast ends. I’ve missed breakfast multiple times despite being there more than 15 minutes before it ends with a line of less than 5 people. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru over the lobby.“

“So since we arrived to Dragoncon on Wednesday we have passed by Gus's famous chicken several times, I decided to treat the family. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
We were seated and our drink order was taken which is nice. The food was great. Just the right amount of heat for us. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat platter that comes with Cole slaw, baked beans and white bread. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese. Side of fries and side of potato salad. The food was great. Our server was great too.
Where I was disappointed was when my son went to the restroom, another patron came to ask if the empty chair was taken, we said yes and it was ok but when an employee just grabs my son's chair and starts dragging it away without even asking. That kind of ruined my dinner. So thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than thar it would have been a nice first time experience.“

“This was a great stop for me. This particular KKC was inside the Texaco gas station. The woman serving me was very nice and helpful when it came to my order. I got the two piece dark chicken meal with a large mac n' cheese. They didn't have jambalaya unfortunately so that was a major disappointment. The chicken and biscuits, however, were phenomenal. The chicken was super moist on the inside and the skin was extremely crispy. The biscuit itself is reminiscent of Church's, what with its sticky icky coating; personally, it could've been a little sweeter for me. The mac n' cheese was rather bland, though. There wasn't that much flavor to it. I wished I could've had their jambalaya. The pricing for the two piece meal was around $7, which is not bad at all for the quality that you're getting. Fountain drinks are also available for $0.99 inside the gas station. Overall, an extremely hole-in-the-wall place with fantastic fried chicken and biscuits. Keep away from the mac n' cheese though.“
