“I was a little skeptical walking in but I can say the customer service was exceptional. They treated the brother like I was family ?. The food was so good and I honestly couldn't believe how much food I got for for little money. I have leftovers for tomorrow. The pancakes are a meal by themselves. One lady chased me down as I was backing out to bring me syrup she forgot to give me, who does this other than chick-fil-a? Again, job well done this morning and you all made my morning.“
“As soon as I entered this establishment I was greeted with smiles from the hostesses. The cuisine here is phenomenal!! Mindblowing in fact. For starters I had the beignets!!! Please get them! The sweet and salty beignets had the perfect amount of sweet and the bacon gave it the right amount of savor. These are dangerously addictive they are light , fluffy and served HOT. They were so good I had to get the apple cobbler beignets!! They made me want to hop up outta my chair do a holy shout and kiss the persons hand who made them.. they were magical !! THE GRITS NEEDED NOTHING! the perfect amount of butter and seasonings. I had the salmon and grits bowl. Those grits took me back to the days of my grandmas cooking. The salmon was perfectly seasoned with a glaze/sauce that was amazing. For a beverage I had a mango/strawberry mimosa which was also very good. “Everyone was great. I was calm, not quite awake. My server was attentive.I was served my food. And being absorbed in my phone, I did not start eating right away. I was asked by three different people if everything was okay, and if I needed anything else. And they have brown gravy!Parking: Be patient because there's always a lot of customers, and you may be in the backed up line of cars, but there is a good amount of parking spaces...in the back of the building as well.“

I couldn't help but notice the three levels of leadership present, each performing their duties as managers while also actively assisting the line cooks and servers. No fussing, no yelling, just working—diligently!Having worked in a few top chain restaurants myself, I am familiar with the concept of servant leadership. “I walked out of the Waffle House at 1100 NorTec Dr. because I sat there for ten minutes without being acknowledged while people that can in after me were served. I was the only person at the counter; hard to explain why I was ignored. Anyway, I drove down the street and I walked into this location and it was totally different. Logan greeted me immediately and as I sat at the counter, she asked for my beverage order. A minute later a fresh, hot cup of coffee arrived and she took my order. Food arrived in just minutes, fresh and tasty. Logan checked on me and my cup of coffee three times while I ate, giving me a refill on the second. She greeted everyone that came in and gave them the same great service. Consistency and care. Hard to come by anymore. Good job, Logan. Keep that attitude and life will open many doors for you!“
“This is the cleanest Waffle House I have ever been to. The staff had high energy even for it to be so early and working overnight. The cook, CJ, made the food so delicious and you could tell it was made with care. The waitress, Rebekah, was quick to serve me to get me on my way. I was welcomed with a smile when I walked in and of course a good morning. The best experience I have had at a Waffle House in a long time!“
