It baffled the Doctors! I highly recommend Debbie! She is also a graduate of HOPE Program and did very well in classes. “We just had an event with 25 guests and Carriage House Catering was great to work with. Laurie and Jeff did a wonderful professional job from menu planning, budget, delivery, and set up. The Beef Brisket Sliders and the Fried Burbon Chicken Bites were big hits, along with the Excellent Cheese Tray, Spinach Dip with Flat Breads. Also the Minature Pastries were just the right touch. We highly recommend the good food, friendly and professional staff, great delivery and presentation at Carriage House.“

They catered our daughters wedding and from the initial call, emails, taste testing until the clean up the night of, G & W Catering was responsive, accommodating, easy to work with and we were impressed from start to finish. The meat and chicken were warm and tender, the vegetables and salad fresh and tasty, drinks prepared and kept full; cake service was gracious and thorough. All the food was delicious!
Gwen and her staff were kind, considerate, and respectful with guests, answering questions and serving with a smile. Setup was timely and presentation was professional and pretty. Breakdown was steady and again, took guests into consideration as to not rush anyone or get in the way of the reception. We had numerous guests comment the night of and weeks after how much they enjoyed seeing everyone at the wedding... and then how good the food was! We are so appreciative of Gwen taking her catering business seriously, the professionalism that goes with that, and going over specifics and details to ensure our needs and wants were met.
