“We had a good experience at Zaxby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great.
Prices have gone up, but that seems to be the case everywhere right now.
Customer service was decent—there was a mix-up with an item that was supposed to be free, and at first, the cashier just apologized for the charge. My husband had to ask if anything could be done, and once the manager stepped in, they took care of it.
Overall, a good meal and solid service, just a little hiccup with the order. Would return!“

“Typical Chick-fil-A quality and service you come to expect from a Chick-fil-A. Only negative is they can't figure out how to do the drive-thru. Turning one lane into the Mobil order and then still having to merge into one lane doesn't make sense. Gotta open up that second lane all the way through.“

“We came in a little late as we were on a road trip, and the employees were super nice, attentive, and quick. It was really a great relief/rest to be able to sit at a clean table and use clean bathrooms. Not to mention the food had seasoning and everything 🤌🏼 so shoutout to the guy working the front POS late on 1/8, party of three people who work in fast food appreciated you :)“
