“Scoop Around Ice Cream Bar is such a great find! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and genuine warmth. It’s family-owned, and everyone was incredibly kind and patient, which was especially appreciated since I’m pretty sure we tried nearly every flavor before deciding!
The house-made, hand-scooped ice cream is amazing. They have all the classics, but what really stands out are the unique flavors you just don’t see everywhere else. You can tell there’s real care and creativity behind what they make.
And don’t overlook the cake cones! Super fresh, crisp, and crunchy, exactly how a cake cone should be.

“We absolutely recommend THIS BRUSTERS’S in East Brainerd. The staff is Fantastic!! They didn’t have my most on Wednesday. This precious lady said, don’t worry Honey, I will fix you up. They absolutely are 10 out 10 in flavor, customer service, cleanliness and personality!! We drive from Chickamauga to get our Bruster’s fix and buy pints to take home.“

“Great flavor, good customer service, but I was. Barged $5 for a rainbow shaved ice. I have ALWAYS PAID $3.50(same size). Sign says $3.50 too. This is nothing fancy, no fruit , only ice and flavor syrup. The specialties are $5ish. Bring exact change!!“

“Quiet and quant .. we stopped with a group of 12 with pre-booked tickets for the tour. It lasted maybe 30 minutes. Parking was free and many good photo ops along the way.During the tour we were given the process and history of Mayfield and how many milk bottles they fill each day. Pretty amazing place. Hard working staff and a free scoop of ice cream at the end.“
“Amazing customers service, the ladies there were so unbelievably sweet and accommodating! I got a mixed fruit cup with tajin and the amount is insane for the price! She even offered extra tajin and several samples of the aqua frescas! I need to come back and try their paletas and homemade ice creams!“

“Incredible customer service! A young man by the name of Luke served me, my daughter got a layered sundae, and he was incredibly respectable and polite! My daughter said she loved the layered sundae, and he smiled and was very friendly! It’s rare to see such respectful young men in today’s world… Definitely will be coming back on the weekends.“

“All the espresso blenders are delicious they are based on your personal preference in flavor (white mocha, carmelicious, turtle or mocha chocolate flavor, etc.) ☕️ Also fruit smoothies are great when it’s hot with the cream base and energy 🍓🥭🍑🍌🫐 Cinnamon rolls, maple waffle sandwiches, ciabattas even….. anddddd pup cups, kids menu, and lollipops?! “Probably the best ice cream shop I have visited. We stopped at Ben and Jerry’s first. I could stomach spending $10 for a small ice cream when I can buy that brand anywhere. We searched this place and we not disappointed. We spent $24 for 2 mediums and a small. The ingredients tasted fresh and evenly blended. “Me and my daughter came here ONE time and ever since she has literally woke up talking about ice cream from Baskin Robbin’s. So we now go there when I’m off work and she’s out of school together & get some yummy ice cream. 10 out of 10! :) Thanks guys!

“I like this location, you can pull up and in no time order, get your food and leave. If you have the sonic app you can get in and out super fast! Also with the app you get half price drinks all day you can’t beat that! And the best non complaint I have is the fact I doordash, and can literally pull up, push the red button, say who I'm there for and it's like no more than 3 minutes and they're out there. I LOVE their quickness and amazing news! Never let me down, and that's FACTS!“

“I was heading to Walmart in Lookout Valley, TN just off I-24 and realized I was hungry so this Sonic Drive-in is just before it if you're coming from Chattanooga. A new item on the menu was a Chicken Tenders Sandwich with no one no two but three go sized crispy chicken tenders with some lettuce and ranch dressing added. I got the combo and had their great tater tots with a medium drink. Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised that the tenders were so tasty and crunchy with lots of meat, not like so many other fast food places that have drastically down sized their portions. Thank you Sonic and I definitely won't wait a year or so to pull in for a nice meal.“

“Came in half an hour before closing on a rainy night, wasn’t expecting much, so I was very pleasantly surprised of the food quality & service despite the time of day. Bacon was nice & crispy, drinks from Sonic are always consistent, & deal prices are really good compared to other big chains around the area. Honestly, I’m starting to notice an increase in quality of Sonic Burgers over the last year or so, & this location was no exception. Overall good meal & kudos to Jude for being an excellent server.“

“We went thru the drive thru. The person at the window was condescending and quite rude. I looked over that until we received our food. The hamburgers had way too much mustard that over powered the rest of the taste of the burger. However, the sundae received was good“

“Once upon a time Great customer service. Not so much any more. Wait times are ridiculous. I ordered a kids meal on the app. Pull up to the stall when the place was empty. While waiting I watched 3 vehicles pulled up to the drive through gordered food and all 3 got there food and left while I'm still sitting there. Never do the put sauce in the bags and if they do they put the wrong stuff. Another time the lady hands me a dripping cup Carrie. I hate to set it down to fix the 2 ocean water lids. Needless to say the blue leaked through the corner of the cup holder and left a blue spot on my seat for a month. Times where I had to go back because they were missing whole meals . And I don't like having to change reviews. But enough is enough. If I could rate it a 0 I would.“
