“We had such a wonderful Saturday date night to Little Coyote. We put our name on the waitlist about an hour before getting seated. While we were waiting we played cornhile and the staff were very attentive checking in on us and asking if we wanted any drinks. We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was wonderful. They had heaters and great music that was at the perfect volume level. Our server Devon was so kind, friendly, and accommodative. He ensured what menu items were okay for my dietary restrictions (being dairy and gluten free). I cannot emphasize enough how knowledgeable he was about the menu and how comforting his energy was. He was the cherry on top of our evening. The food was delicious as well. The menu has very unique flavor pairings and delicious smoked meat offerings, but make sure you go to dinner earlier in the evening because the were out of several items by the time we ordered. Devon helped us navigate the menu and we took his advice on what items to get and we were rewarded! Everything was so delicious and overall ALL the staff were kind and invested in giving us a wonderful night out! Thank you Little Coyote!“

“This is the second time we have eaten from here. The first time I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I wanted a taco salad but ordered a Torta. I was not disappointed with my order. It was a good mistake! The grilled taco salad that I had today was absolutely the best I have ever eaten. My husband agreed with me. I would recommend eating at this place! I don't think you would be disappointed.“

“We used to go to the one in Ooltewah, it was our go to place when we was out of ideas, or we wanted cheap food quality Mexican food. This was our first time at the one in East Ridge and it didn't disappoint! The food was the same super quality as we know it from Ooltewah and the service was the same great service. We will be back again and again.! You guys Rock!!!!“

“My husband and I grab lunch here as often as his job allows him in the area. They're always quick, fresh, and affordable! You can spend 13 dollars on a burger and fry or you can come here and get fresh food and too much of it plus a drink in a hurry.“

“We saw the great reviews on Google, so had to try it out! We were seated promptly, appreciated the friendly service, & the menu was diverse. Everything was so fresh & delicious. By the way, their guac was the best. Highly recommend!“
“Food is so good, and feel clean. We had fajitas and burritos, side with guacamole. The salsas and hot sauces are very good, good services. The beef in the fajitas are juice not dry or chewy at all, and not oily, we are happy with the meal. Hope more people know them and give them more support keep them open in the neighborhood.“

“I come here every year when I visit Chattanooga. Great restaurant with authentic mexican food. The South of Chattanooga offers a variaty of restaurants and this one is amongst my top favorites. The corn from the cob is really special and also ordered the shrimp taco’s served with rice and refried beans. Excellent spicy margaritha. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Could highly recommend.“

“Excellent food and service. We were in Chattanooga and stopped in mid afternoon. I had the Birria Tacos and a side order of their Mexican street corn. My husband had chicken fajitas and we shared their house fresh guacamole. Big portions. Everything was SO tasty! Service was good. The restaurant was bright, festive, clean and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend and come back.“

“My sons and I came here in pursuit of Mexican food as good as what we ate when we lived in Austin, TX. It was amazing! My boys absolutely loved their beans and rice! The tortillas on their bean burritos were tender and slightly crispy on the outside. Their sauces were incredible! I had three tacos, all of which contained beautifully complex and incredible flavors. We highly recommend!“

“We had an opportunity to host a Launch party for my memoir, Vestiges of Light, at Las Margarita's aka Las Mas on Hixson Pike. They outdid themselves for our party and we could not have asked for better food or service! Georgina and the staff there are over the top wonderful and so accommodating. They portioned off a part of the restaurant just for our group. The empanadas with sauces were delicious! Thank you so much for helping make our book launch party a success!“

“great food and drinks! we went out for my birthday dinner. we had the tropical Margherita and frozen blood orange swirl, and they were the best drinks we've ever had at a restaurant. the Philly burrito and the spicy burrito were phenomenal, and the churros were so good I will ask for those over a birthday cake any day. absolutely 100% recommend and we will definitely be back.“

Ask for the verde salsa: it is medium heat with good flavor and it does cost extra but worth it in my opinion.
Texas Fajitas with light onions and peppers are is my current favorite dish.

I love the El Agave quesadilla and El Agave burrito!
I stumbled on if you get the El Agave burrito and cut it all up and mix it real good after adding about half a side of their fries and adding an entire bowl of their red salsa it is AMAZING!!!! See pics
The El Agave burrito has Shrimp, Chicken, Steak, Chorizo, with rice n beans and some salsa verde it sits in on the plate. They pour some queso over it too. They add onions into the burrito but I tend to pick out the big chunks of onion because I tend to prefer onions a bit more chopped up
I do love to get a soft shell carne asada taco as well as they are very good too.
I think this place is better now than when it used to be Tres Amigos. Back then I didn’t eat there and now I definitely do.
I came back and got the El Agave Nachos substitute nachos for Fries and OMG! It is 17.99 but worth it and I need two bowls of salsa to dump on it…mmmmmmm! Foodgasm“

“WOW! Amazing in all aspects! The quality and authenticity of the food is superb! Starting with the salsa... perfect heat, flavor, and consistency. Margarita flight was exquisite- definitely a must. Come for the pupusas- stay for the world’s most amazing guacamole, some magical mango hot sauce, empanadas, and the PACOS!!!! Five star food, and service. Seriously, come eat, ASAP. “Great service & great food :) just a heads up, it can be hard to find parking if it gets busy but people are always coming and going so it’s not that difficult to find a spot. And I think there’s street parking, but I’m not entirely sure.“
