“I work for a local HVAC company and we do their AC work. Everytime I've been here the kitchen is spotless. (Alot of places I've been in I won't eat there due to how bad the kitchen is.) The managers and staff are very friendly. They have the best burgers with great healthy options as sides. They cook your order to your preference, I am completely comfortable ordering a Rare or Med-Rare burger from here. They are a exemplary example of great dining.“

My salmon was cooked to perfection, the broccoli was steamed well and the mashed potatoes was seasoned and the salad was so fresh . Our waitress Amanda was really appreciative and nice. “Went to steak and shake on 2/1/2026. Really clean. But it was like a self service gas station you had to do everything for yourself not really any customer service. The food was OK not anything to write about. The prices are kinda high but so is everywhere in this day and age. The milkshakes looked good but don't try the dreamsicle one. Not very tasty. All in all an okay place.“

He checked on us while, we ate and made sure to explain anything we had questions about. The food came out hot and was very delicious 😋💯. “This is easily one of the best fast food restaurants around. They offer a little bit of everything, burgers, chicken, and seafood, and for fast food, it’s fantastic. The staff is always polite and genuinely seems happy to be there, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great spot to bring the family.

The prices are reasonable and in line with other fast food chains, but the quality here is miles ahead of the competition.“

“I work in the office, less than a mile from this location in Newnan, once a week. I always make sure it's on Whopper Wednesday. Today I arrived to pick up my order only to realize that I placed the order for the other Newnan location. After trying to cancel or change it in the app, David behind the counter asked me what I had, and made it for me anyway. I think that was great customer service, and I appreciate it!“

“First off Alexis is the most attentive,friendly server. She was great with my 3 yr.old grandsons.. Having his food there before he could began to wonder. As for the. Food. Cinnamon pancakes. .. so warm moist. I had scr.cheese eggs sau.links and little potatoes.. Everything was hot fast and fresh. Like I had ate it while cooking. PTC IHOP is the place to be! “Not that often do you get such good service like this from fast food restaurants anymore. Had to take a moment to share that store number 399 in Newnan is doing something right! I pulled up to the drive thru, super pleasant and professional voice Ms. Jackie greeted me. Not only was the service super fast, but the food was so fresh and delicious. Ms. Jackie was awesome and seems happy to be there. All around great experience today!“

“We love doing Sunday breakfast here. No matter how busy they are we are generally sat fast and food always comes out hot and in a timely fashion. The breakfast burrito and chicken fajita omelet is our go to with a side of Cinna-stack pancakes which are to die for.“

“I came through the drive-thru this morning around 8:30 to get a couple of cinnamon biscuits. The lady who took my order was named Shaquilla. She was absolutely one of the nicest and kindest people I have ever encountered in any drive- thru! She was smiling, friendly, and very kind! The cinnamon biscuits were hot and delicious as well! I will definitely be back and hope to see Shaquilla's smiling face next time at well!“
