IT WAS A HAPPY & AWESOME SEND AWAY, AND WE TRULY APPRECIATE ALL OF THE HELP GIVEN TO US DURING THE PLANNING PHASE AND DURING THE CELEBRATION. THE STAFF WAS SUPERB, THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY AROUND, THE UPSTAIRS AREA WHERE WE WERE WAS VERY CLEAN. JENNIFER THE RESTAURANT OWNER AND BERNARD THE KITCHEN MANAGER WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOLLOWED THE PLAN WE DEVELOPED 100%. ALL OF THE GUESTS WERE VERY COMPLIMENTARY OF THE COURTEOUSNESS AND ATTENTIVENESS OF EVERY STAFF MEMBER AND THE QUALITY AND TASTE OF ALL OUR FOOD ITEMS AND BEVERAGES. “The building is inside of the grocery store. I would have never known it existed if it wasn't on Google maps.
The store is small and has a funky smell. it smelled like rotting meat. (Appeared to be an issue with market actively being repaired). The restaurant itself was situated behind the cash registers.
When walking up, the menu is clearly on the right on the wall beside the register. It is not a comfortable place or somewhere to really sit down and enjoy a meal with a family.
We ordered the blacked chicken salad and the mushroom burger. Self serve condiments and drinks.
The food was made fresh, it was delicious.
The food needs to be in a 5 star restaurant somewhere else. This was the best food I've found in Monroe after trying every top rated place in town.
The ordering process involves waiting in line, paying, then taking the number. It's brought to your table with almost 0 interaction with staff.
Put these chefs with a good restaurant with nice sit down tables and a friendly hostess and waiters. It will easily be the #1 place in Monroe
The flavors of the food are spot on. The fries perfectly crispy. The burger cooked perfect and moist. The blacked chicken salad was full of flavor not overcooked, freshlyade, with crispy bacon. I had the balsamic dressing and need to know which brand they use (or the recipe to make it).
We will be returning to try the reuben sandwich and the pulled pork nachos in the near future.“

“A nice little restaurant nestled in the downtown Covington area. Though the building seems historic, it was nicely decorated with a modern design. It is so nice to enjoy time with friends and even a date night with this environment. My friend and I both enjoyed our dishes. Though I can only speak on a few items, I can say that it is a very restaurant to eat at. It is levels above average and I know you can enjoy a nice experience here too.
Pecan crusted chicken 4/5 - Very beautiful and crunchy skin on top of a bed of lovely mashed potatoes and green beans. It may not have been the best fried chicken in the world, but it sure was very well done. Nothing out of this world, but very good enough to really enjoy. I don't believe they have this on the menu anymore, but it was definitely delicious.“

“Wonderful place that let our Real Estate brokerage have our team meeting there at lunch time. Great server was fantastic and very accommodating. Loved the place, style & decor. I esp love the music room for live bands, stand up comedy etc. My plan is to go back on the weekends to hear the music and see the shows.“

“My husband and I had such a great dinner at LongHorn last night. Our waiter, Ross, was absolutely fantastic, one of the best waiters I’ve had in a long time. His customer service was excellent, he was attentive and prompt, and his great sense of humor made our dinner even more enjoyable.
I had the salmon with brussel sprouts, and both were delicious. My husband had the salmon and shrimp, and he really enjoyed his meal as well. Everything was great from start to finish.
What impressed me most was the excellent service and quality of the food, especially considering how busy the restaurant was that night. Ross never made us feel rushed or overlooked and truly went above and beyond. Great food and exceptional service!“

From the moment we sat down, Steven was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He anticipated every need without us even having to ask and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
His knowledge of the menu was impressive—his recommendations were spot-on, and every detail was delivered with a smile and such positive energy that it made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. He managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive, striking the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism.

“did NOT disappoint! I’ve been wanting to find a new wing spot in the area, and y’all… I think I found my new favorite! The food was SO filling, and the wings are definitely bigger than the usual wing spots I go to. They were crispy, flavorful, and they have SO many different flavors to choose from, which I love!
And can we talk about the ranch?! Y’all know restaurants be STINGY with the dipping sauces, giving you like 1 little cup for a whole meal but they made sure I had MORE than enough ranch. I appreciate that because I love my sauces! I also got the beef fried rice, and it was really good! Nice portion of everything some fried rice are skimp on the toppings and ingredients but this had a nice filling over broccoli carrot egg pea etc inside the rice..The only thing I would’ve loved was having some extra side sauces like duck sauce or soy sauce for the rice. BUT I ordered delivery, so I won’t fault them too much for that. Overall, I’m giving WNB Factory & Wings a 10/10 They have SO many options too—burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, Philly cheesesteaks, cheese fries, fried pickles, wings, fried rice, and so much more. Definitely a spot with something for everybody!“

“My roommates and I love this place, and they’ve definitely earned our loyalty. For the price, you honestly can’t find better around here really. The fried rice always hits the spot, and while I love basically all their options, my favorite is the chicken teriyaki. Plus you can get it as a combo with a drink for really cheap. With the amount of food you get, I easily have leftovers for the next day. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something affordable, quick, and delicious.“

“Food was hot and fresh. Service was a little slow but it was lunch time. Once the server got to us, she was good and we had no issues. The food was just as pictured and a great deal. We got the 3 for Me deal and had enough food to each have lunch and dinner! With tax and tip, I only spent $30 for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 drinks with unlimited refills.“
