“I enjoyed my meal overall but wanted to leave a review here since for whatever reason ubereats would allow me to rate my order.I wanted to give this order 5 stars because overall I really did enjoy my meal but there just a few things preventing me from doing so.I ordered the spaghetti it’s a TASTY and HUGE portion of food. But my garlic bread was very BURNT. So burnt I’m surprised they thought it was fit to serve.The salmon with rice and salad was good! You get a ton of Haitian rice. I never had it before but really enjoyed it. Although the rice had a slightly burnt taste to it. Like the rice itself wasn’t burnt but maybe the bottom of the pot was. But it was still edible and well seasoned but the burnt after taste does linger. Also, they forgot to include my plantains.Lastly, I ordered what was labeled “Haitian Kola” on Uber eats thinking it was some sort of fancy Hatian cultural soda and was really excited to try a new drink but it turned out to be regular old fashioned coke. I was a bit disappointed and had I known it was regular Coke I would not have ordered it.Overall the items that bothered me weren’t enough to write this place off completely. Everyone has off days so I will try it again. But next time I’ll try it in person instead of ubereats.Like I said great taste and HUGE portions. Will give them another try.“

“The food was worth the wait! Good and fresh food requires patience. We ordered the chicken meals with rice and peas. Took awhile to order just because they were trying to catch up on prior orders. Once we did order, our food took about 20mins. Everything was cooked well and we look forward to coming back“

I think maybe her husband cooked that day ( older male) because the food tasted different, not bad but it definitely wasn't the same. But overall I love this place“

I order the veggie patty 😋 😌 ☺️ 🤗 😊 😍 and I have never had a patty that was so good. Its like I think they make the crust on site. Yummy 😋.

“Great food and great price. I specifically love there Jerk Turkey wing option. It comes with sweet potato, cabbage, and a blend of onions with carrots and peppers. The blend of the jerk spices and the sweet potato is my favorite. I also like the atmosphere although I've never dined in. The setup gives you a true authentic feel of being on an island in Jamica. Just my opinion.“

“I'm leaving 4 stars because I don't want to change the average rating, but I just want to say that $23 for the Oxtail sandwich without tax/tip and no sides.. and then seeing another customer post their melted styrofoam container with the food falling out (and not getting a refund), lets me know that I cannot risk my hard earned money hear. “I LOOOOOVEEEE THEIR FOOD! The jerk chicken is absolutely AMAZING! ITS THE BEST JERK IVE EVER HAD! The flavors will make your taste buds explode! I've been eating from here for the last 3 years and I've never been disappointed! The owners are always nice and the patties and plantains are delicious! These people have the BEST sweet plantains, I've been to other places and nothing compares!

Also the prices and portions are beyond reasonable. I normally eat off of my plate for atleast 2 days!“

“If you love jerk, and I do, this place is the best!! A little pricey, but comparable. I've tried several establishments and this one is superior in terms of authentic flavor. You don't get quite as much chicken in the small size as some other places, but the large makes up for that!

In terms of service, the young lady at the front desk was a little preoccupied at first and didn't notice me, but once she became aware of my presence, she was apologetic, attentive and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed her spirit.
I understand the place was originally owned and operated by the present owner's grandparents. He's doing them proud!!
